I am writing this review while I'm in the park now. I read that the fun park is closed but now, as of June 2022, it's open. I have attached some photos of me on the ferris wheel and the flying scooter. I also fed the kois and saw a bunch of kids on other rides. There is a tea shop and plenty of restrooms everywhere.

Overall its a relaxing place to chill and a pretty big park. Lots of beautiful scenery, the lotus, the bridge, the tower, the pond, and the red dragonflies! I have not checked out the bird park but I am sure I am going to enjoy it.

The pagoda is a nice landmark, albeit not open to the public. There are woods and grassy areas for picnicking. Right off of Line 2. Nice because it's not too crowded.

I went with my son when the park was bustling with kite flyers. Tried to enter the tower, but it was closed. There was no amusement park, but the opportunity and space to fly a kite was worth the trip. They do have an excellent bird park as relayed to me by my daughter, of which I have yet to experience. I can recommend a weekend visit. No fee for most of the year.

This park is under refurbishment, Previously people visited to see an abandoned funfair, and a cool tower. The funfair has gone, the old tearooms are closed and being repaired, the tower, although impressive is closed and internally derelict too. The park itself is quite dark and probably nice and shaded in the summer, but on a cloudy November day didn't sell itself to me. The covered bridge entrance is also closed . The river could be quite beautiful if the water wasn't so polluted. If I were you, I wouldn't bother with this park (which is signposted Tazishan Park btw), there are better alternatives in Chengdu

there are not many people here. i went twice this past month with one of my daughters each time. it was fun to walk through and see the temple (tower) but we couldn't go in either time. the rides are broken so you can't ride them anymore. we did feed some of the birds. if you like birds you can go into the bird park area for 30rmb i think. there is also a fun wall with a lot of sculptures that is fun. also across the little bridget there is an area with all the chinese zodiac signs that are fun to take pictures with.

I went walking around for an hour or sow with kids. It was fun to explore once. The pagoda tower is cool but can't get in. In the back of park you can pay extra to go in a bird park area. That seems cool and friend's like it. We have paid for some feed and fed some birds by the bird park gate. That was fun.

The park is under reconstruction, but it is almost complete. Bird zoo is located at the southern part of the park. Birds are walking and flying without cages there. It was surprising finding an ostrich in one meter from you.

A parrot show (the price is included in the entrance ticket) is performed every ~2 hours.

South of the Shahe river, Tazi Park is a relatively quiet park and is actually of decent size. At the southern end of the park is a bird aviary which you have to pay to go inside. During Chinese New Year the park comes to life when Tazi hosts a big ChunJie Lantern Festival. The tower unfortunately is closed to the public. You can have a look but can't go inside. Unlike other parks in Chengdu there is not alot in the way of food for sale, except at the bird aviary.

I visited Mt Tazi Park last month looking for the abandoned fun park, but unfortunately it's gone now.

I went there one fall day, I'm not sure if the park was closed or what, but I met there only few people and then I found out that the main gate was closed.... It was great. Quite creepy though, because there is this old abandoned fun park, broken chairs and glass, but still cool...

And then there is the pagoda, it's so tall and pretty, unfortunately you can't go inside and enjoy the view from the top. Too bad, I bet it is amazing!
