This popular beach is part of the Badaguan Villa area. We did not swim here but many locals did and it seemed like a very nice sandy beach with little or no waves. One can see some of the villas from the beach which made it even more romantic.

Very close to Qingdao old town and Badaguan area. Not so many possibilities for car parking but great 👍 to reach on bicycle 🚲 or walking 🚶♂️. Crowded during summer and winter ❄️ is just fine with many people when nice weather. If trained in walking 🚶♀️ you can have a hike from downtown on seaside to reach the place in 1h

We walked around the beach and enjoyed the view. We did not swim but collected a few shells. Not busy when we were there in the early morning.

A nice little walk along the sand and also the rocks. Worth dropping by if you're in the area. Not a lot of people were swimming when I went, but the water seemed fairly clean.

I think except the not clean and not well maintained change rooms offered in this beach was the worst thing I had experienced. On the contrary, beach was clean and have good sand and sea. you have to experience.

Very popular beach, especially around May 1 and 2. Lots of wedding pictures are taken here during the day, It's beautiful at night as well.

Very nice beach area with very little litter when I visited. Many people use the beach but not much swimming or swim
suits when I visited. Much more like a picnic site and many families having fun.

Was there in October 2011 when it wasn't too hot) To my surprise, it was a very clean and organised beach to be! You can see the limpid sea waters from afar! It's a wonderful place to take a jog. Then from the beach, you can take an august view northward to see the skyscrapers in the distance, very inspiring!

I came to this beach today with a friend, it was clean and even though the tide was out there wwere still quite a few people in the sea. It was a nice walk and a nice peaceful day

Along with several of the other beaches along the coast here, there are many couples having their wedding photographs taken - not just one or two but LOTS OF THEM. There was even a horse on one part of the beach! All of the coastal beaches along here are joined by a path which goes for many kilometres - that is certainly worth doing a part of at least.
