This is a great place to stroll and have an feeling of the live here. You see many people collecting water from the springs.

It was nice to walk along this park parallel to the moat, you get to see many beautiful springs, interesting also was to see many locals filling buckets with water from this springs... at some other areas people also have fun getting into the water... the water at the moat however does look a little bit dirty...

We took the river cruise started from Hei Hu Spring (Black Tiger Spring). It was lovely, a very different way to see the city, which is famous for its springs, river. The cruise went through Quan Cheng Square, Bao Tu Spring, Daming Lake. I was keen to see the ship went through the locks, which helped the ships going from the round city cannal to the lake. The fare was about RMB10 per stop, and the whoe journey RMB100. Pity there was only Chinese guide from the recording. Recommeding stop at one of the Da Ming Lake.
