新世界百貨の向かいにあるショッピングモール

天津街の新世界百貨の西側にあるショッピングモールです。1階はユニクロ等の衣料品のお店が並び、地下にはスーパーマーケットとフードコートがあって、観光客にとっても便利だと思います。
吹き抜け部分の地下には何故か卓球台があったり、少し薄暗いエリアには小さな携帯電話ショップが並ぶエリアがあった点も中国らしくて面白かったです。

まだ出来て新しいショッピングモール。
１・２階には衣料品や貴金属。３・４階にレストランと映画館。地下１・２階には(やや高めの)スーパーや地元料理のレストラン、携帯販売エリアなど多岐に渡る店舗があります。
休日にはイベントも多く開かれており、ブラブラと散策するのも食事をするにもいい場所だと思います。

地下スーパーが再開

大連到着の日の夜、ホテル近くなのでふらっと行ってみました。地下スーパーが再開されていました。ドライフルーツやお土産になるお菓子も多くありました。雰囲気はどこか昭和４０年代のスーパーのような気もしますが、かえってそれがいいかもしれません。昼間は入口付近に客引きがいます。中国人客相手の客引きですから観光客相手ではありませんが、なかにはこちらが外国人だとわかると途端に観光客相手の客引きに「変身」する人もいるので中途半端に英語や日本語を使わないことです。

쇼핑 센터입니다.

천진거리에 있습니다.
생긴지는 2-3년 정도 된것 같습니다. 건물내부는 깨끗합니다.
마트가 있었는데 최근에 없어진듯합니다.
쭉 둘러보았지만 특별한 사고 싶은 물건은 없네요.
이곳 영화관 시설이 좋다고 합니다.

スーパーはなくなっていました

天津街にあるデパートです。１階には衣料品の店やスィーツ店、子供の遊び場など、地下１階には携帯ショップ、地下２階には美食街やレストランがあります。以前はスーパーがあって便利でしたが、撤退していました。

ローカル感がおもしろい

天津街を歩いていて偶然入り込んだのがここでした。ローカル感満載、面白いところでした。衣料品やアクセサリーはそれなりの値段です。ユニクロもありましたが、ここで買う必要もないな、とみるだけにしました。スタッフがしつこくないので自由に見て廻れます。お店の入口付近には、地元の人ターゲットの客引きがいて、中国語でしつこく声かけてきます。立ち去ろうとしても塞ぐようにしてまくしたてたり、ついてきますが、少しやりとりしていてこちらの中国語が変？と思えばすぐ立ち去ってしまいます。外国人観光客相手でないことは明白なので注意喚起されていないようですが、慣れない人は相手の勢いを怖いと思ったり、中途半端に何か言い返したりしてトラブルになるかもしれないので、とにかくやりとりは最小限にして下さい。最初から言うことがわからないふりをするのも手です。

天津街にある新しいデパート

天津街にある真新しいデパートです。ふらっと入ったら、思いのほか見るところがあり楽しめました。地下２階には大きなスーパーもあり、ちょっとお土産を買うにも便利なところです。

位于天津街的新兴购物广场，以大众消费为主，购物环境比较舒适，也有不少餐饮商家，但是每次到这里来，总是感觉找不到地方吃饭，餐饮的商家还是少了点。

佳兆业我很喜欢逛，同样的品牌在这家店里总能买到合适喜欢的衣服。这里的美食非常多，小朋友喜欢加勒比意式餐厅。这里人流比较少，逛街很不拥挤
