Not a great view from the upper level
Jun 2017 • Solo
This was a fairly uninteresting tower. It was possible to enter and climb the stairs and walk around the exterior on the second level. The view of the river was average and the the view of the Pagoda was hidden by trees.

Xijiang Tower is a small Pagoda and an old lookout post just near the Wanfo Pagoda
Oct 2016 • Solo
The Xijiang Tower is a small Pagoda and an old lookout post (prior the changes of the flow of Yangtze river and before the vegetation that covered the view) in front of Wanfo Pagoda of Jiao Hill. It can be noticed (behind you) just before taking the last steps in order to reach the Ten-Thousand Buddha Pagoda (Wanfo) or before you go to see the near by Biefeng Nunnery. Kindly check the photos.
