This is a nice looking older building. It is currently under going renovation works and is covered in scaffolding. In a nice locations close to the waterfront, there are lots of picturesque building of this era along this street. If you visit this building try to make it on the hour, the clock tower opposite plays a loud digital version of the Big Ben chimes and hour count.

Built in 1913 in the Renaissance style and was the office building for the Riqing Shipping. Currently renovated into a hotel. Unfortunately, the renovation work standard may not reach the western international expectation even though the location is so prime.
