ハルビンならではのロシア風の建物が並び綺麗なエリア。
この建物もその一つです。
とても交通便の良いところで、他で買い物の時間なくハルビン駅周辺に宿泊のときには役立つと思います。

新世界百货在花园街403号，也算是哈尔滨中高端商场的代表了，以前的会员制，后来取消，有很多品牌，买鞋可以来这里，新世界人不算多。
