Beautiful surrounding ! In winter the whole area is all covered with snow. Xueyun Street is a town of fairytales.Houses and building were covered with snow. Rich in Russian culture with beautiful Russian architecture. There are limited recreation activities perhaps due to the extreme cold.

I didn't see any wheel chair friendly paths, especially as we went in december. everything was covered in snow. it was beautiful and sledding was fun but i don't think anybody wheel chair bound would get around easily.
