La Floret offers restaurants and few shops. The restaurants offers similar food and some of them have the same menu! Prices are high and food so-so. Pizza hut here saved us. At least we ate reasonably priced food which made us full for a while. Even Chinese tourists prefer to eat here as the Pizza hut was always full and the local restaurants quite empty.

If you are staying in the tourist enclave of Yalong Bay this is within walking distance of your hotels.
On first inspection the front looked a bit drab but it is not without attraction once you walk inside.
Plenty of restaurants there, strangely a lot with the exact same menu. Very little English spoken and mainly catering for Chinese and Russian tourists. There is a very nice Cantonese restaurant near the front entrance, which is a bit more palatable for western tastes and a nice bar selling Real ales towards the back which is worth a visit, as well as a few chain restaurants if you are craving a pizza or burger.
A fair few shops there as well, generally went down there most nights as it will be a bit cheaper than your 5 star hotels for dining and a change of environment, don’t leave it to late as some restaurants are getting ready to shut after 10 pm but the bar opens till late. Plenty of taxis about if you didn’t want to walk.

New, beautiful and good looking. Really nice place for a walk around and go to restaurant. Not much shopping to do there, few shops with repeating stock.

This place usually goes by name La Floret.
This shopping center is very much for tourists only. It has many restaurants and sorry, but best value for money are the foreign chains really (Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Burger King etc. as they follow their mainland China pricing). Little Sheep hotpot is owned by Yum so prices may also follow mainland. KFC is nearby just outside this place on Yalongwan road.
Chinese food is mainly so so here. One place we went was just horrible. I would suggest people to eat outside this place for better value, if you want to eat Chinese food.
The Century Hualian supermarket on upper floor is ok, but much pricier than in Sanya city. Everything is expensive. Double cost is possible...

Has a good supermarket, where you can stock up on cheap beer for the mini fridge rather than pay the outrageous prices of the hotels. There’s a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut as well as a number of Chinese restaurants.
There’s also a decent brewery that opens at 6.30pm(?). Visited one evening. Good range of beers including an excellent Passionfruit IPA. Some beer made onsite, but the majority is offsite.

well, nothing much to say. located in Yalong Bay, the only area in Yalong Bay that had shopping mall and some restaurant and the only Starbucks in Sanya. Food pricing, well, compared to the surrounding hotels, it's cheap.
