As I'm able to drive in China we attempted to go to this place as its mentioned in some Chinese books. Well currently its closed and the whole place looks like a building site. The town near it is a disaster to get through as there are hundreds of motorbikes in the road and its very dangerous. Also the road quality in this area is very low so be aware of this. I cannot comment on the actual attraction itself as it was not open. So be aware of this.
