We were on a business trip and luckily chosen this hotel instead of normal boring business hotels. This is a nice and cozy hotel, relaxing as other reviewers say. Buffer dinner was a good experience: good quality food with very wide variety, made from order. I would say that good intro to (southern?) Chinese food styles (and probably Chinese people... More

A group of 5 of us stayed in the cozy hamlet hotel. Our Japanese style room was nice although we were basically provided cots for the floor. So the bed wasn't that desirable. However, the springs were amazing. The different pools are infused with a variety of things: herbs, wine, coffee, essential oils etc. There are plenty of regular hot... More

We stayed in Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring Resort for one night and it was good. Room is clean. They have tatami mattres in the room for you to sleep at night. The hot spring is good but there are not too many people around. The staff is very nice; they will give you tea or water to drink. In addition,... More

The place is clean and service is quite good. Although not everyone can speak fluent English, some can speak the necessary so that you are aware of what and where. The rooms is under a package that includes breakfast, afternoon tea, buffet dinner and free access to the hot spring. Our room is a Japanese style tatami where we have... More

It is located approx. 70 min by car from Zhuhai downtown. The room costs around RMB $1200/person including spa (24 hrs), transport, breakfast and dinner. The check in and out was smooth and service was very good. The porter helped us with our luggage. We stayed at a tatami room and found it very relaxing. The room is a decent... More

Dinner restaurant is perfect. Huge selection of any kind of food, very nice live music. Hot springs works 24 hours and you can go there even at night. Japanese style... More

I currently live in the Hengqin area near Chimelong, about an hour and fifteen minutes away from the spa. I can therefore tell you that a taxi to the spa from this area costs around 250 RMB. However, they do have shuttle busses available for 30 RMB from either Gongbei or Jiuzhou port, at selected times. I enquired about the... More

Best to avoid this place as it is too expensive, difficult to access and few staff speak any English.

My husband came across a deal with this resort so we decided to go over for a night and give it a try. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was warm and very inviting. The rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast included in our deal and were spoiled for choice. It was a shame... More
