Highly recommend in colder months.
Oct 2020
Highly recommend! This was our second visit to the Hot Springs, my wife, 10 year old daughter and myself, although we stayed the night this time which we will do again! The Hot Springs themselves are many man-made small and large pools, but with a realistic Traditional Japanese/Chinese concept and feel. The room we booked, with two beds, was very comfortable, clean and spacious with good service. Staying the night was incredibly relaxing, with outside activities and bountiful food, buffet style. There are many games that you can enjoy at anytime during the day, from darts to a pool table, foot soccer, bike riding, miniature bowls and other games. At night there is a small band that plays music, while you walk around selecting what to eat from the different stalls. I highly recommend that you visit or stay the night, just remember to go during the colder months and also during the work week...a lot cheaper and far fewer people. Hope this helps!

Nice place but too many people
Dec 2019
This place is great for hot spring. The style was very similar to the ones in Japan which is great. However, I am not too happy with the resort room as it was way too crowed and the room was very very small, I had a very bad sleep there as next door guests were so loud laughing and talking and banging the walls at 2:30am. I had kids in the room sleeping and I had to walk to the reception to make a complain. It was resolved very quickly which i was happy with.

Very “man-made” but relaxing
Dec 2019 • Couples
Having stayed in japan ryokans / hot spring resort, you will definitely notice that this place is quite man made and trying hard to replicate traditional Japanese / Chinese elements in their rooms & overall concept. Nevertheless, I find the resort relaxing as it is a self contained place to recharge. The rooms are spacious and we chose western beds which were comfy. It came with complimentary tea leaves and Chinese teapots so we brewed ourselves some tea while sitting on tatami mats by the window. We also went hotspring & had massage using our thumbprint. They also gave complimentary fireworks and bicycle ride. Dinner & breakfast were buffet style, designed to look like stalls in a street market

Soak into hot spring at 12’c
Dec 2019 • Family
We flight to HKIA and take shuttle from airport to Resort. We spent around 2.5 hours to reach the airport due to spend long time in Zhuhai immigration. Resort is big and plenty of facilities.

We booked the stay through online and bought the 6-in-1 package which is including dinner (buffet), breakfast, firework voucher, Hot Spring entrance ticket, Bicyle rent voucher and game voucher. There are 2 types of hotel rooms. Either tatami room or standard room. Since it’s too many visitor during day time in hot spring and therefore we only come in around 11.30pm after the firework session.

Hot Spring building a bit messy. Too many visitors and the staffs are out of control toward some of the visitor. Outsider can just bought the hot spring package without stay at klook or other travel agency. For hotel guest, it will be unlimited time to go in hot spring.

All visitors are required to register at counter with thumb print. Staff will assign a locker key at changing room. You can store all your belonging inside the locker. Bath tower is provided inside the locker and you can request for it from the staff inside. Visitor are compulsory to change swim suit to soak into the pond. For those don’t want soak into the pond, they must change the assigned cloth in order to go in. There are variety of ponds. Some ponds required to pay extra if you wanna go in.

Worth to come again to this resort. Family time is precious. Staffs are polite and very take care of the children and senior people

Definitely worth the visit in the cooler months.

My wife, daughter and myself visited the hot springs during a cool period. It's a little ways outside the city, but you will not be disappointed. It is very clean, quite classy and very professional in it's design and appearance. We stayed for about 4-5 hours from mid-morning to mid-afternoon, so we didn't stay there over night. We did not worry about eating in the restaurant inside the main complex, as they have other restaurants near the many different pool areas, which serve sandwiches, cakes, fruit, candy etc... all for free anytime you like! We also went during the week, so it wasn't too crowded. Very relaxing although you need to find a pool with the temperature that you like...not hard. Just bring your own swim suit and towel if you want. They provide towels in the shower area and outside the pool areas. In the shower area, you have your own cubicle with curtain, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, hair dryer etc...

Absolutely Fantastic

One of the best resorts that I've experienced in the region. The atmosphere of this place was awesome. Got to have dinner on this amazing food street that looked imported from a Japanese festival.
It was even great just exploring the grounds. Great scenic spot with great service.

What a place ... if it wasn’t for this place my trip to Zhuhai would have been a nightmare ... an unforgettable experience in a wonderful and carefully managed and maintained atmosphere.

The teas being served throughout the resort were very refreshing and a few of them very energising as well .

I must recommend to take the water fall just before heading back to the changing rooms .. you will not regret it .

hot springs
Mar 2018
this place is kinda cool- it took me a long time to get here but it was enjoyable sitting in all the different hot springs
they have them all separated by ailments or enhancements - there is a pool for beauty, a pool for fungus, (kinda weird sitting in a pool you think others are sitting in because they have a fungus) :I a pool to raise your heat, a pool to lower you heat, a pool of salt water , a pool of minerals, a pool of coffee... yeah coffee . a pool of wine, its truly and unusual place - I had fun. I was the only westerner there the day I went so I got lots of looks from children in the pools - kinda off putting but mostly funny.
the food there looks good. I did not eat there just hit it for the pools for a couple hours. It was good fun.

Day trip!

What an amazing place to visit. After staying in Gongbei for the night, we went here via taxi and we were very surprised at how relaxing and clean it was! Thank you to the staff who helped us to get the public back to the city - they were very friendly and kind. The springs were lots of fun and the massages we had were quite cheap and very relaxing. I've been to many hot springs around the world and the ones here were probably the best I've ever been to.
