Lover's Lane is a beautiful boardwalk that stretches the Zhuhai coast. There are beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers all along Lover's Lane. This is a great place to take the family for a walk along the beach, or to go for a nice jog or bike ride.

Zhuhai continually invests into this boardwalk to update and enhance its features, so you can count on this being an ongoing attraction in Zhuhai for years to come.

Two potential down-sides to be aware of are the crowds during peak-hours and holidays and pollution on bad days. Zhuhai is usually very clean compared to other Chinese cities, but keep an eye on your AQI app to make sure.

I would stay away from Lover's Lane on holidays.

The Lover's Road is Zhuhai's most famous street. The relaxing, expansive seaside promenade is where everything in the city takes place. A stroll along the neat boardwalk or beach is a main draw for Chinese tourists. Do wait for sunset for the best photo opportunity.

My impression of this place is that crooks lurk here preying on anyone who might be a tourist. Many peddlers try to sell you things. And I had my bag stolen from me within minutes of being here. The view itself is nothing to write home about. If you visit here, be aware.

This walk is still being developed, certain older areas are being demolished and replaced with newer paths. The newer sections are well done and definitely an attraction. Sadly when I was there, it was just after a typhoon so the Pearl River was not at it's best. Strolls past a few beaches and newer sections have statues to admire

Reminds me literally and figuratively of Santa Monica, California. Lined with open ocean view with high-end hotels and apartments across the street. Safe and enjoyable.

It looks great and it is also by the lake. So it is ideal for picnics and strolls. They say that it's a place for lovers because couples go there for dates.
Just remember to bring an umbrella because it can get very hot at noon.

Well worth a visit but avoid the part near the Macau border as you will be pestered with sellers and beggars. The rest is truly beautiful and there are many places to rest during your walk. Also try Wild Fox Island which is a nature hiking area linked by a bridge to Lovers Road near Xiangzhou.

With a name like "Lovers Road" you conjure up thoughts of a beautiful walk hand in hand with your lover, right? Not so much. Yes you can walk hand in hand on the sidewalk next to the beach but I've never seen such dirty water in all my life! With the traffic roaring by and the noise and the street vendors trying to take your picture your better off finding a quiet park for a stroll.
