Nice Sunday day out to very well preserved, and very busy popular attraction. Great access to some old original Chinese houses, wonderful area to see - only thing I didn't like was some animals appeared to be locked up - hens and rabbits, and getting quite a bit of abuse from some visitors.…

This park was built 1998 and took 5 years to complete. It is a large complex with a lot of building plants, trees ponds and many many bridges and paths on both sides of the river. It was built in the honor of a businessman's mother by selected craftsmen who could make it look hundreds of years old…

This is a delightful garden - reputedly the largest private garden in China. A wonderful mix of ancient buildings (from other parts of China) with lakes, trees and a wonderful collection of bonsai. Lots of birds - especially bulbuls - provide the sound backdrop. Some nice collections of artefacts, art and sculpture. Well worth a visit.…
