About
Yes, it is a little quirky (casino meets theme park meets spa) but that’s what makes this destination so interesting. Relax and have a massage and a unique cultural experience at one of the city’s most popular spas.

First time ever they forced me to leave at least 80 Rmb tip. After the massage I wait 10 minutes in the room until I had no choice to agree to leave a tip. Big shame.

Staff don't get paid properly here. They get paid only on tips, and 15% of that is taken by Queens Spa. So when you pay 200 for your massage, there is a mandatory 80 rmb tip as minimum, and you are guilt tripped into paying...More

Having visited other spas in Mainland China, I thought Queens Spa was pretty drab and depressing in comparison. Although admittedly the other spas I have visited were not in very touristy areas and newer, it says a lot about who the spa is catered towards...More

There are a bunch of mixed reviews on this place. But my experience was very good. Unlike anything in America for sure, but my business associate and I thought the services were great - and the facilities seemed in pretty good condition. We can’t wait...More
