I am quite familiar with this shopping mall now, after staying for 2 nights in a hotel beside the Window of the World which is opposite to this mall. I visited the mall everyday for Chinese cuisine.
The location is very convenient, metro station "Window of the World" (on intersection of lines 1 and 2) is just a footstep away.
The mall has many fashion shops, restaurants and a supermarket on basement. Clean, cozy, decent, not crowded and spacious.
The upscale Westin Hotel is right next to the mall. Another hotel Indigo is very near too. The themed park Happy Valley is 5-min walk away.

This is a large shopping mall next to Shenzhen's most popular tourist attractions. Yitian Holiday Plaza is a lively place with plenty of shops and boutiques to explore. Restaurants are aplenty and the gourmet row at basement is particularly vibrant. MTR connection is convenient.

Located at Window of the World metro station. Skating ring in the center of the mall. A lot if eateries at the basement, high end shopping and a Ole supermarket where you can find higher end groceries.

one or two Italian restaurants where you can have lunch bur not really with a large menu
otherwise if you are going for shopping it's not the best place where to go to
there's Zara , Mango, H&M , Victoria secret, Ralph Lauren, but no sports wear shops

we went to eat at one of the chinese restaurants on L3 floor. place is modern and it has an international supermarket on the basement floor. you can go on the rooftop to have a view of window of the world. restrooms were clean and if you like to shop, you should give this mall a try.

Across the street from Window of the World is a multilevel, international shopping mall which has an open ice skating ring at one end. There are some beautiful retail stores here, as well as a gourmet supermarket.
Three of us had dessert at a Mango restaurant there which carries dinner items but features mainly fruit desserts. Ordering via your mobile phone makes it easy and the desserts are delicious. We certainly had a feast of mangoes in various forms.
Holiday Plaza has a beautiful stores, bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket.

I wasn't going to visit Yitian Holiday Plaza, because I wasn't in Shenzhen for too many days, and I had visited MixC and COCO Park already.
But, I was still looking for a couple of things that I wanted to buy, and I had a free morning, so I decided to give it a try because I had read that there was an Armani Collezioni and a Ralph Lauren Store, and the only Apple Store in Shenzhen along with a Zara store.
The visit ended up being a complete wonderful experience, so I will try to explain myself.
First of all, there were many brands that I like and that weren't located at MixC, especially
Canali and Costume National (C`N`C), Versace (that had many items on a very good sale of 50% off), and others.
There were two very nice stores with men clothes. I was about to purchase a jacket in one of them, and a suit in the other, but I asked the clerks to translate the composition in the labels (very difficult to communicate since almost no one in Shenzhen speaks even a basic english), and it turned out that both were made almost entirely with polyester.
The jacket was almost US$ 500.-, and the suit was about US$ 600.-
I ended up buying a jacket in Costume National for a surprisingly low price of US$ 600.- (it was on sale), with an AWESOME design, 100% wool from 110's Vitale Barberis Canonico, and made in Italy. So, I was happy that I didn't purchase the other items. There were more great items in that store, but I didn't need or want anything else.
But the greatest experience was in a store called Wooderful Life.
It's a store with 100% of the items made of wood, and all related to music boxes and toys made of wood.
I purchased around 15 small spins (to give as souvenirs) all made with different characters, that are extraordinary.
The woman who walked alongside with me didn't speak any english, but she was lovely and showed me absolutely everything that they had. They have music boxes of all kinds, cases, stands, tools for the kitchen, puzzles, games for kids, stationary items, all made to look and feel like toy trains, buses, bears, horses, pandas, monkeys, dancers, workers, teachers, kids, babies. There are a million shapes and colors and the whole store is so lovely that I can't explain it in a way that will do justice to it.
If I wouldn't have had to travel across the world, I would have bought one of each of the million things they sell there. The music is amazing, the enviroment is awesome, they have a playland for kids to play different games, and I completely forgot that we live in 2019 and that we live hijacked by technology. I stayed there for about an hour, and I didn't want to leave. This experience alone made my trip to China worthwhile. And I believe my family and friends will immediately fall in love with the spins, as I did.
I had lunch at the Westin Hotel buffet, which was very good (I ate mostly japanese sushi, but there were many selections), and it's attached to the mall. The price was ridicously low, I paid, with a 30% discount because I'm a Marriot member of whatever membership they told me they have, like US$ 30.-
The other things were another MUJI store, another Uniqlo store, and some purchases I made at the Ole supermarket in the basement.
Apple store is nice, but nothing new to see, Zara store is tiny with nothing worth visiting, Armani Collezioni is not there, like Geox store is not there, and others that I saw listed are not there either.
A con: NO wi-fi available.
I mean, they say they have it, but in order to use the different wi-fi services, you have to have a phone from China, and log in with a code they send you by SMS. I haven't had a telephone from China, so I could only log in at the Apple Store, which also asks for the code, but if you have an international phone with roaming service, it will get to you and you will be able to use it.
Also, at the basement, there are many great tiny stores.
Still, a very fulfilling experience for me.

After walking along Mangrove park on a very hot and humid day we decided to take a cab to Yitian Holiday Plaza. This mall is crowded with locals and tourists alike since it’s just across in one of Shenzhen tourists attractions which is the Windows Of The World. It’s a good place to cool down during summer months and you’ll find signature shops and local brands as well. If you need to fuel up your hunger just go up to the top floor and lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from but most of them serves spicy foods which is intended for the locals unless you are a chilli loving foreigner! one particular resto caught our attention and we were right to have chosen it but a bit pricey but worth it named Wang Steak. The basement level has varieties of bargain stalls if you are in a budget or just simply want to spend time window shopping.
The mall is directly connected to the subway train station via Windows Of The world so you won’t miss it.

While waiting for my friends to wrap-up their Window of the World (WOTW) tour, I decided to pass the time at the Holiday Plaza mall right across the street. I entered the WOTW Glass Pyramid, descended the exit J escalator and directly opposite was the basement entrance to the mall. A tiny Pacific Coffee shop right beside the Ole supermarket instantly caught my eye. Ordered an Americano & muffin, sat back and relaxed for about an hour there. Nice, spacious, clean shopping place featuring a wide variety of popular brands (Lacoste, Zara, CK, Armani, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.). Also at the basement level is an ice skating rink surrounded by various coffee shops and restaurants.
Getting there: Take the Shenzhen Metro (Line 1-Green line) and alight at the Window of the World station, exit A3.
