The title pretty much says it all. This place is quite spread out, and is usually very quiet and peaceful. Frequented mostly by locals, and with free entry, it makes for a good spot for morning/evening jogs.

The park is nothing to wow about. You need to cross a bridge to enter the park. No entry fee required. There is chinese entrance gate. Further in there is statue of Sun Yat Sen. There is big lake with small pavilion. There is a...More

This park is near the hotel which I stayed. Nice scenery and the local people likes to practice Teochew songs and exercise in this park. However, when I was there, the Shantou Museum in the park was closed for renovation.
