Interesting overview of regional arts, crafts and other cultural specialities (like noodle making). Probably only 20-30 minutes of content unless anything particularly takes your interest, but definitely worth a quick visit if you're nearby (like in the park next door); also it's free! Ground floor (1F) has various articles and displays of crafts; stairwells have interesting old photos of local arts and dancing; upstairs (2F) is mainly models of workshops/studios with waxwork people showing how they would have worked in the past. Also some excellent small artists' shops just next to the entrance - including a pottery full of wonderful cartoonish figures of local people/artisans, and a papercut shop with designs including classical, modern and local scenes. The museum is the highest large building in this arts complex running up the hillside; it's directly above/behind the Qin opera museum.
