One has to enter from the Xiamen University grounds to see it. Once in, it's basically a tunnel full of nice graffiti-type art. It was interesting and mostly a cheerful theme. A place or two to sit and have tea.

If you like street art do not come here. The tunnel is manly filled with tags. I don't recall seeing a piece produced from an aerosol can. I instead mainly saw a lot of unfinished pieces in acrylic paint.
You just need an hour to walk the tunnel, take pictures and maybe have a tea or coffee at one of the small shops inside. It's a long tunnel, but without stopping to admire the artwork it can be walked in about 15 minutes.
