If you plan on going to Jimei just for this, then skip. Otherwise like all places here it is very nice and charming. So if you have an hour or two to spend when in Jimei why not pay a visit

The park is about the guy that founded the university. If you are Chinese and comes from the Fujian area it's probably interesting but otherwise you shouldn't spend time and money to go here.
