The garden was nice but it's lacking of management. Most of the construction are under poor maintenance and no seems very bad to visiter. The landscape and water are very beautiful and I don't recommend it if you don't have enought time in Xiamen.

I went there by bus, then I was having trouble going back. The place is HUGE and beautiful. A lot of old Chinese architecture as well as modern architecture. This place combines different styles of old time chinese living. The place is huge and you need to spend at least a day here if you want to cover all the attractions.
