Plenty of of locals exercising and playing chess in the morning. A little hilly to walk all the way up. A pleasant park to visit when staying in the area.

It's the most popular relaxing place for locals to have a tea there as it's a natural garden for people to experiense a limit health exercise to clime up and enjoy a relaxing tea time under the tree. You can enjoy the food there as well.

Jinbang Park is one of the absolute gems of Xiamen, a glorious walk whatever the weather. Perfectly beautiful and easy walking throughout. Quiet oasis 100m off one of the busiest roads on the island.

I found this park quite easily on the local busses and it was gorgeous. You could escape the pandemonium of the xiamen city and I hiked far enough that I was completely alone on a protruding rock with stunning views of the city. It's a place that feels as though it takes you miles away from everywhere while being in the middle of everything. Really awesome day out in stunning gardens, hiking nature all in the middle of craziness …

Step off the busy streets of Xiamen into this beautiful park and enjoy the peace and quiet a nature walk. Xiamen takes great pride in providing green spaces to its many citizens and tourists. This park is definitely worth the visit.
