The penguins are great. You walk a path and see many adults and youngsters. Also, lots of gulls, skua and a few Patagonian geese. It's about 40 minutes on a small, power boat that accommodates about 30. It takes about another 20 on a bus...More

This company seems chaotic and they don’t give much information but on the upside, the guides in the boat (who join you on the island) are very knowledgeable. There were 2 boats full on our day and they could have let it be known that...More

Where to start... the booking process is a nightmare. The grumpy old witch in the booking office is actively unpleasant. My first attempt was cancelled, apparently this is not uncommon. But what I later realised is that they use small enclosed speedboats. The other company,...More

We booked the half day penguin tour over a year ago through our travel agent in London. It included a 06:15 pick up this morning from our hotel. We were ready on time and waited...and waited...and waited. No pick up. No notification. We eventually managed...More

Hi there - I dont know whether you can just catch the ferry tickets, you probably need to book the tour as a whole which includes bus and ferry tickets. Check their website direct rather than going through an agent

Hi, did you email them? I emailed a lot prior to our cruise and then we had to make a change and they graciously helped us wen we went in the shop in person. It is maybe 3 blocks from the ship port. They are very nice.

Hi, What you can do is this. Go to the tourist information centre at the Plaza Armas and ask them to check for you. There are quite a number of tour agencies that offer this.
