Torres del Paine, my best experience so far in South America. Breath taking scenery and plenty of wild life. Didn't get to see a Puma though.

Great park, accessed by vehicle, many vantage points for photography. We went with Planet Patagonia, would recommend. Could self drive, but may miss out on the local knowledge.
