This is a small pedestrian only lane just south of Pub Street. It is crowded, noisy and full of poor quality tourist trap eating establishments. Well worth the 5 minutes it takes to walk it.

The hidden area is a great place to find some unique shops and restaurants. Nice thing about them is that the area is quieter then most of the surrounding area.

"The passage" is a very tourist orientated shopping and eating area. Many bargains are available with a little bartering expected, at the many stalls and shops clustered here Several food outlats and restaurants catering to most tastes.

Nice street, lots of places to stop for a drink or something to eat. Prices are very reasonable here, worth checking out during the day when its not so busy.

My wife referred to this as our street. A very nice alley with lots of differrent restaurants and bars. We ate there several times. A nice place to relax away from the hawkers and Tuk Tuk drivers

I didn't realize this had a name, but it is where several restaurants are and it is much quieter than Pub street at night. If you are looking for something lower key and more relaxed, look for this alleyway. It's also a great break from...More
