Best 4 day bike tour with awesome guide Poleak & his entourage of men, bike dr & 2 vans riding behind us entire time, in case anyone was tired they could jump in cool van & then hop back on bike later. 4 adults + 4 kids aged 9-11, plenty of stops with refreshments along the way, humbling experience for our kids to meet & present farming kids much less fortunate with small gifts, bike ride through forest/dirt roads & small country towns unforgettable. Poleak & team adjusted riding & hike to accomodate our group & always willing to do anything to keep us happy & comfortable. Hiking up mountain & then waterfall swim incredible, Poleak is so knowledgeable in all things Cambodian & such a lovely cheerful man answering all our many questions! Honestly this was definitely the best organised tour we have experienced & would recommend this tour to anyone especially families with kids, our 4 kids loved the bike riding very much! Thank you to the entire team at Cambodia bike tour especially Poleak for making this such a memorable holiday!!…

We found Poleak through our contact from SinhBalo Adventure Cycling (who is based out of Vietnam) because our group of three wanted a 6-day bike tour from Thailand through to Siem Reap. Poleak was so accommodating in planning a trip around our needs. When we met him at the Thailand-Cambodia border, his excitement was contagious and his friendliness throughout the trip made us feel totally comfortable. As a bike tour leader, Poleak was great at going at a pace that was comfortable for our group, making sure to take plenty of breaks (although he was always receptive if we wanted to keep going). At breaks, our driver, Mr. Tri, was always waiting with plenty of snacks, fruits, and drinks (including beer for anyone interested). And they would always fill our water bottles before we could do it ourselves! When we got to Siem Reap, I mentioned that I was interested in seeing the sunrise at Angkor Wat and Poleak went out of his way to change the schedule for us. I was so excited! Poleak was always so concerned that we were happy and comfortable. On top of running bike tours, he is also an official Siem Reap tour guide, which means that he trained and studied in the history of the temples of Siem Reap. He is very knowledgeable and always had the answer to our questions. I think what really made Poleak stand out to me as an amazing tour guide was his enthusiasm for his country’s culture and people. Poleak is so passionate about sharing what Cambodian life is really like. Nowhere else can you experience the immersion when biking past houses on dirt roads, eating local food, and meeting farmers to learn about their work. Not only that, but once you get to the temples, he always knows the best picture spots! After getting to know Poleak, you can see how hardworking and motivated he is I rarely write reviews (sad to say), but I loved our tour with Poleak so much that I want to do all I can to support him! If you want an authentic local experience with a local company - go with Poleak!…

I have never have a guide as enthusiastic as Poleak. His level of involvement way surpass and offset any shortcoming and minor things that can use some improvements (who doesn’t?). We started our ride after walking across the Thai Cambodian border. Poleak was there waiting for us, with a big smile, despite the fact that he intentionally arrived 3 hrs priorly to make sure we don’t have by ourselves go thru the visa application and immigration formalities. We felt being taken care of the whole tour of 7 days. The highlight for me was the West Reservoir and we get to picnic and have hammock naps in an area mainly frequented by Siem Reap families. Seeing the people there enjoying their family made us learn much more about how present Cambodian life was. The bikes were well maintained and were in excellent order. HIGHLY recommended. …

My group met Poleak at the Thailand-Cambodia border. Poleak and his team helped us through every facet of our tour and really gave us a great sense of Cambodia. We spent 3 days biking to Siem Reap along great scenery, then 3 days cycling and seeing temples. Poleak spoke great English and we never had difficulty communicating. Poleak and his team ensured enough break time to eat and drink. Before our trip we worked with Poleak over email to figure out exactly what would be the best itinerary for us given the amount of time that we had and places we wanted to go. Poleak cared greatly to give us a memorable experience and show us how Cambodians live. He also was a very good guide of the temples. I strongly recommend that you use Poleak's service whether you are considering a day of cycling around Siem Reap or a longer trip.…
