Great vibe on a Wednesday with the open mic night. Food is decent. The French barman has created a funky cocktail called Boom Baby (spiced rum, vanilla rum, pineapple rum, ginger ale). Super smooth - and a late hit of cinnamon from the spiced rum. Dangerously drinkable!!

I went to this place for lunch and I had a dips platter served wth bread and it was very good, the bread is crunchy and one of the best I had in SE Asia. I also had the chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream and it was delicious.

I've been coming here for quite some time, and recently they also opened during the day so you can eat lunch now. Great menu, and the food is good!

I'm not usually a person who goes to bars but from the moment I walked into the Harbour I felt welcomed and at home. The bartenders are very friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. They are always making sure you've got everything you need. The owner of the bar goes out of his way to make sure that everyone feels part of the family. Their free games night on Thursdays is great as they have a huge selection of different board games and the game master is always around to teach you how to play. Overall, this was my favourite place in Siem Reap to hang out and meet new people. I'm really sad that now we are leaving Cambodia, we won't be able to go there any more.

When you come across the perfect bar in a city with hundreds of choices, you just know. Cheap drinks, good food, kickass welcoming staff, and a string of interesting expats and tourists passing through. Everyone's up for a chat, but you can sit alone with a laptop too. Pirate ship with plank floors, long wood tables and benches, ceiling fans, and thatched palm walls, always propped open to catch the breeze. There’s an everpresent growl of death metal playing at a reasonable volume in the background. Above Lex Roulor Tattoo Shop, the artists hang out here too. Kill two birds with one stone.

At least once a week I'm going there. Great atmosphere in this pirate-metal tavern. Lovely people and music inside. Massive "Thank you" for that opportunity to hang out there. 🤘

The harbour is afaict so far the only authentic non-commercial western funk in Siem Reap. You won't find it randomly wandering but it's just a five minute walk from the very centre. Go there and shoot their canon, have some beers and listen to some trash metal, ok?

Definitely one of my favourite bars in SE Asia. Fun staff (and cat), and chilled atmosphere. It was great to get away from the cliche of Pub Street.

Anyone know if this place is still open??
Maybe they're just taking a break for a few weeks - or don't bother to open during the daytime, or first half of the week?? - but there's no sign outside advertising temporary closure or limited opening times; it has the look of being shuttered for good.

Hi Giles,
Oli here, owner of The Harbour. The Harbour is indeed open from 10am until late night. Hours on the Tripadvisor profile are right.
Only thing to notice is that our TATTOO PARLOR opens from 10am til 5.30pm, and the PIRATE TAVERN opens from 4pm til late night. Soon, the tavern will be open all day: I will then amend the details. If you need further information, feel free to contact me directly.
Thanks.
Oli
