I've always fancied a pair of handmade shoes, and now I have some! Well, sandals. Lovely shop, very helpful assistant, reasonable choice of shoes and sandals in the store. Made to measure takes about 10 days. Only here for 3, but I managed to find a pair of cute flat strappy sandals to fit. Very soft leather, nicely made and there was 30% off ladies shoes, so I found a bargain - only $27! Well worth a visit.

Made to measure, hand-made shoes and other leather goods (mobile phone pouches). Usually 3 day turn around. Choose your style, leather type, and colour. Get your foot measured and leave the rest to them. Where possible, they will also copy some shoes.

This place is great. Our shoes turned out nice and fit perfectly. My husband is starting to turn into the next, "Imelda". Being that he has always head a hard time finding shoes that fit properly, (flat feet and hammer toes). He is impressed and wants to order more pairs!

I love my shoes as well!

We took a tuk tuk there and we couldn’t find it. Was very frustrating as we drove up and down the street.

I read good reviews on trip advisor so decided to visit the store. I wanted 3 pairs of shoes made. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly. I had 1 pair of sandals made and 2 pairs of closed shoes made the same just in 2 different colours. He measured my foot and said come back in 3 days. I said i fly out on the day i must pick them up. What if they don't fit?. He said he measured it will be fine. I arrived the sandals were fine but the two pairs of closed shoes were way too tight. He said they can't stretch them as we were flying out in 4 hrs but said when i get home to have them stretched. I was frustrated as they measured my foot how could they get it so wrong. So i got home and had them stretched professionally at 3 different places they still too small. I cant wear them. I emailed Angkor shoes to ask for any suggestions to stretch the shoes no one replied. So i resent the email in Khemer done through Google translate incase they did not understand my email in english. Nothing no reply they just ignore me.
Im most FRUSTRATED as they measured my feet i did not give them the measurements how did they get it so WRONG!!!!!!!! Dont have shoes made here if they get it wrong they will not help you. I paid allot of money for shoes i CANNOT WEAR.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very excited to visit Angkor Shoes Making after reading the reviews. I especially wanted to get some custom made shoes while in Southeast Asia. I went to the store and saw multiple styles that peaked my interest. Everything looked like good quality with sophisticated color/texture combinations.

After being in the store for at least 10 minutes I received no help. No one was in the main store/show room. When someone finally did come down from upstairs they completely ignored me. The experience turned me off to the store and I didn't purchase anything.

My only regret was that I didn't have more made or that I wasn't in Siem Reap longer as I wanted leather knee boots made and they took 7-10 days and I was only there 6 days. Their shoes have a three day turn around. I went in on day two for them to do a first fit. I had six par made and they had to make slight adjustments to 4 pair but they were perfect the next night when I picked them up. I have worn 4 pairs on my return to Canada and I wore them all all day first time I wore them, even the heals. I have a size 9 foot so I couldn't try on the models and just had to trust they would fit, and they did. 6 pr. Was about 200 USD for leather shoes.

Firstly, I didn't buy anything, but brought a pair of loafers in for repair. The stitching was broken and just needed a little work. The manager took the shoes to the cobbler who inspected them. I was told they could fix them. 5 minutes later, the shoes were returned with an excellent repair. I inquired as to cost and the manager smiled and told me no charge. I would gladly have paid. They were very kind. Thank you very much. I will return to Siem Reap and have shoes made at your shop next trip. Thanks again!!

We showed up on Sunday when they were closed (we did not know this) they were awesome they let us in, we had looked at the site before we went, we knew what shoes we wanted. They drew pic of our feet, we showed up tues they fit perfect and were a great price. My friends one shoe was too big they were able to adjust it and drop it at our hotel later that evening. They were great to work with

Value for the money! Just give them a few days and they will hand craft the shoe you like according to your feet. We can only say that this is well worth the price. Not cheap but well invested money for a tired foot. We think it is a must go. Very well done!
