We emailed to book the tour fairly late in the evening the night before yet received a quick and helpful reply. We were collected promptly at 4:30am as agreed by our lovely Tuk Tuk driver, Sopheak. He dropped us off before sunrise to see the sun come up and then took us to the best and most interesting temples in the complex for us to explore in our own time. He gave us some interesting information for each one and told us exactly where he would be waiting once we were finished. Sopheak even had a cool box with cold bottled water on hand. We had an excellent day and would highly recommend as the best way to see the Angkor Wat temple complex. We had a private tour for cheaper than the group tour the minibus companies were offering (and no doubt a better experience), we weren’t rushed and Sopheak made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day!

We spent 15 hours with Sokcheat=Haopiness. 3 of those when he took us to his friend's Cambodian wedding, along with his wife, which was an amazing cultural experience, because he liked us. We just loved him for taking us to lie in hammocks when we got tired to a place where we then dined reclining, like king/queen near Angkor Wat. The Cashew nut shakes there were amazing also. The whole day from before sunrise to about 11:00 pm was a dream. We dd experience another wonderful guide while in Angkor Wat but Sokcheat was with us at the smaller locations to photograph us cleverly with the carvings. Then he sent us the photos on line. Kim Hean was a very kind and gracious tuk tuk driver. Kim drove our group of 8 over 2 days. On day one he had no problems picking us up at 4.30am from our hotel to go and buy tickets to visit Angkor Wat temples and to see the sun rise. On the second day he then picked us up at 3pm to visit Tra Prohm (Lara Croft temple). He then recommended a lovely spot with fewer tourists to enjoy the sun set. He gave just the right amount of information about each temple to keep the adults happy without overwhelming the kids. He also had cold water bottles available at all times. Thank you Kim!! Highly recommended!!

I visited Siem Reap with my parents (in their sixties) just before Christmas 2016. We contacted Kim via email before leaving, Kim was super nice and prompt in replying to all our emails and gave us all the clarifications we needed. Once there, he, not only drove us around the temples, he choose a certified guide for us that he knew was good, only for the major temples, and he actually was the guide for some temples he knew the story very well. We found this very honest. He never took us in any touristic place, but only local, as per our request. He was stopping here and there and buy local food for us to try (ask him for the sticky rice in bamboo, it's one of the most delicious snack in the world!) Because we wanted to see and understand more of Cambodia people, one afternoon, he drove us in country side, he stopped talking with the farmers, we entered into an evening school where the kids were studying English and computer science, and this was not prepared at all! Then he took us for dinner in a super local, beautiful restaurant, outside the city with all the best and most typical food. It was great!!! I have travelled a lot in South Asia and he is the best guide I have ever had by far! If you are interested in the temple but also in understanding the people, he is your guy!

He charged reasonable price for our 1 day tour from sunrise until sunset. I am very surprised the history and information he knows about the Angkor and Siem reap ruins. He shown us many places that is perfect for photo and he even customised travel routes for different tourists type (just like a tour guide). I can feel that he is honest and responsible person which set himself apart from Tuk Tuk drivers you picked on the street randomly. I would recommend all my friends to look for him when travelling in Siem Reap. Peter S
