We went and enjoyed our tour. The staff were very friendly and informative. We enjoyed talking to the staff and tasting drinks and jam. They were all so friendly and kind. I would recommend a trip. The rice wine liquor was delicious 😋

It was almost 6 in the Wednesday evening and I called to check whether the liqueur tasting is still available. I was lucky to find out that I will have the place all by myself. May be because its late on a weekday. I walked...More

I'd buy the first ones you like regardless where they are, Generally we found the wooden carvings in the markets quite low quality. That being said the bronze apsaras were very nice.

My husband and I, along with our 3-year-old daughter, are spending a week in Siem Reap around the Christmas holidays. The week is book-ended by a short visit to Bangkok. We are reasonably fit and adventurous and would like to do a mix of bicycling (with a child's seat, of course) and hiring tuk tuks. Please let me know what you think of the following itinerary. Thu 12/27 8 pm Fly out of Bangkok 9 pm Arrive in SR Fri 12/28 Rent bikes in SR 7:30 am-lunch Ta Prohm, Thommanon,...More

I cant see this being as enjoyable as you think it may be - I wouldn't want to be dragging a 3yr old through that itinerary - to me its going to add up to a hot, tired, very cranky child and two exasperated parents. I would seriously consider making mornings temple time and afternoons pool time/shopping/ nap time. Despite 'usually' being the Cambodian cool season, I've been there when temps over Xmas/NY get well into the mid-high 30's with high humidity to match. I'd do your won private...More
