Approached us in Siem Reap and looked up him on TripAdvisor and at first look he seems to be very genuine and funny. He insisted that we should go to floating village and while we had planned to do a tour of it we followed him to the floating village. The tour would have costed 15$ per person trough TripAdvisor and when we arrived they demanded 30$ per person. We told them and batman that it was a bit pricy and well rather do the tour for half the price. Batman insisted and got the price down to 20$ per person. The boat didn't even get us trough floating village only halfway through where we had to pay an extra 20$ per person. Such a ripoff and I'm sure Batman is full aware of this scam and get his share for driving us there. On the way back we wanted to eat at a cosy restaurant, he told us that they where very expensive. Around 7-8 dollar per meal, we said we didn't mind but was thankful he was going to bring us to a place he recommended. At last we arrived at a really bad restaurant in the middle of nowhere in Siem Reap with prices also at the 7-8 dollar range. Most likely his friends or family running the place. We booked him for the whole day and after 5 hours he had to drive away he said. Also his reckless driving will cause a fatal crash some day. Won't recommend him to anyone, there are more honest and genuine taxi drivers in Siem Reap.

Batman is a. friendly person who approached us while we were having breakfast at Viva restaurant. Prior to. this, a hotel appointed tuk tuk offered his service to Angkor Wat for Usd 12 per. pax while. Batman offers a car for Usd 10. We used his service for a. total. of 4 days taking us to attractions. While i. agree with some. comments abt his regular use of honking, i believe this reflect his view on safety and civic. mindedness. He. is friendly n stay till. late to ensure we r back safely to hotel. On d last day he. took. us to d. airport. As. with.most service. providers, it is. common to ask for. tips and certainly his excellent service would bid. for. a tip. or 2.. I would use his service again if bck to Siem reap

We took a trip to Angkor Wat for sunrise with Batman. He was on time, picked us up at 4.30am from hotel. Along the tour, he recommended few good places to eat which was value for money. On the way back I realised i dropped my phone at one of the restaurants and called him for help. He was nice enough to call the restaurant to check and i managed to get my phone back. Recommended!

When we first approached us during lunch he offered us cheap prices to angkor what at a rate of 8 dollars for the day and 5 dollars for the floating village. We went to the floating village with him and his reckless driving. Absolutely unsafe. He lost his shoe on our way and turned around in the middle of the road to pick it up. He took us to our hotel at the end of the day where he demanded a tip. We then made plans for the next day to go to agkor what at 5am. The next morning...he wasnt there leaving us stranded in the middle of the road in the middle of the night. Such a dissapointment. We don't recommend him to anyone
