Great experience once again, this being my second visit. The last visit was yesterday. Always professional and they consistently deliver a quality massage. Yesterday they offered a promotion whereby a 60 minute massage was the same price as a 90 minute massage. Good deal, finished off with nice ginger tea! I shall return...

We booked 90 minutes Deep Tissue massage, plus 30 minutes of foot massage. The place is very nice, comfortable and clean. Our masseuses were very precise in pressure, she give us a very good massage and at the end they gave us a cup of natural ginger tea and fruit slices. Fully recommended

What a wonderful experience. The pampering and attention to detail begins as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. The surroundings and rooms are tranquil and beautiful. It was one of the best massages I have had. I came back multiple times during my stay in Siem Reap. I tried different services each time. The therapists where professional and thorough. I enjoyed the cool towel, drink, and foot washing before my massage and the fruit and hot ginger tea after. Everything was clean and well kept. The pickup and drop off from my hotel was a special touch and the discount on certain services was nice too. Others from my group enjoyed the experience and service from Cool Sense Spa too.

Started with serving us the cool water, washIng feet, having massage and ended with hot ginger water and sliced apple. It was an ammazing exoerience. The massage was great and inviroment was aceptable. Will vesite again!

Lovely local spa. I had the 120min relaxing spa package which included a 90min massage and a facial. Great massage which concentrated on the area I had asked for. Lovely local owner as well. Worth a visit

Well how lucky we feel that we picked one of the best hotels in the world (Viroth’s) and one of the most outstanding massages my husband and I have ever had. It can’t be possible to top this place! Very skilled ladies, very kind and we wish this place all the best. Wish we found them when we arrived five days ago. We have been traveling now for six weeks beginning with Europe and many countries later these ladies at Cool Sense rocked our worlds!!!! Wow is all we can come up with as we are actually at a loss for words… the massages were that good.

One of the “no monkey business” well trained therapists spa’s that will consider an outcall where their staff are in ‘safe’ hands. A long term regular because of the quality and focus given by staff from this establishment. Far from the cheapest...but you get more than what you pay for by western standards. Rarely have I experienced a better massage in Australia - even at 4 times the price. Incredible value, the premises for onsite services looks great in a fairly new building. I always tip very well for such genuine care and attention.

We had a nice time and very relaxing massage. The staf is friendly and well prepared to welcome you with a cool drink, relaxing music and a feet wash before the treatment. The hot stone massage was very thorough and put us into calm mood. My facial treatment was not only dedicated to my face but hands and feets had their bit too. We are happy we found this place and 100% recommend to anyone

We liked this place so much, we came back a second time. We did foot massages one night and came back for deep tissue massages the next night. The place is clean and the staff is professional, friendly, and good at their job. We highly recommend.

Good Massage experienced by both my wife and me on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I had a 'Valentines Day' 50% off massage. At least that was what the sign outside said (and confirmed inside before the massage). When it came time to pay, I was told only 20% off. I argued the point. They wouldn't budge. I haven't returned. Be very careful. So disappointing.
