Very friendly and knowledgeable guide, friendly driver, personalized 10 day tour. Had a great holiday in Cambodia and would definately come back again.

Chum was an excellent tour guide and a fine respresentative of his country that he loves very much. His English is very good and you will learn a lot of ancient history about the Temples and even more modern history of how Cambodia has recovered in recent years. Chum showed us each site with passion and pride and I learned so much about the Cambodian people. We used him for three days and visited temples, river villages, and even volunteered for a half day at a local "jungle" school. The kids were fantastic and and a lot of fun to interact with. We brought them soccer balls and school supplies. One of the most heart warming things we did with Chum (at our request, not his) was to go buy water filters for some families living along the river who desperately need them. We actually got to meet the families and speak to them with Chum interpreting. Chum will modify any tour to your wants and needs. All you have to do is read up about Siem Reap and tell him what you want to see. You will not be disappointed.

1) We invited Moon for lunch on daily basis. But if he is not joining us for dinner, then perhaps he should let us know and we can settle inside our hotel in Phnom Penh as my brother is not comfortable staying late outside. So is miscommunication!
2) We were looking around for SilkAir office to change the tickets flying back to SG direct from Phnom Penh but luggage seems to be an issue so it took us almost 15 mins walking around looking for the office. If Moon you can come along that it will be better.
3) Wasted some time looking for Russian Market. Moon, you can do your homework the day before to check out the market location then it will be good.
4) We wanted local coffee by the streets but I Guess you are not familiar with Phnom Penh so my brother was upset that you did not respond to our request and it might be another miscommunication!
No worries! Overall I'm still feel is quite okay just that there is room of improvements on the service level. Moon, you need to communicate more with your customers to find their needs and whether they required any help. This is important in service level.

I met Chantrea 3 years ago when I booked him for a private tour. Chantrea's knowledge of history, local events, his professional approach and winning personality made my first trip to Siem Reap memorable. He impressed me so much that I have been returning every year to travel with him. Chantrea's guiding experience goes beyond Siem Reap and he is ready to take you to other provinces too Chantrea is generous with his time and exploring Cambodia with him does not give one the impression that you are on a tour but on a journey with a friend. I look forward to more adventures together this year.

We had a great Cambodia experience, made special by Johnny our Tour guide who was knowledgeable, patient with our constant questioning, spoke good English and had a great sense of humour.

Four of us couples spent six days with tour guide Chantrea (and his excellent driver Sopaal), during which we were introduced to a wide variety of sites in the Siem Reap area: a half-dozen beautiful and fascinating temples (including a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat), Angkor Tom on bicycles; Tonle Sap Lake by boat, the War Museum, and a traditional Cambodian dance performance. We also got to visit two local schools and the site of a village well project. Our luncheon stops were always well-chosen, and a nice break from the heat. Chantrea was unfailingly prompt, kind, friendly, and exceptionally well-versed in Cambodian history and culture. He was also very personable, sharing his own experiences when we asked. We all left Cambodia feeling our world view had been significantly expanded. We highly recommend Chantrea as a guide for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of this great country.

Awesome trip we have with Mr Chandrea. Very friendly, knowledgeable, happy going, patient, helpful tour guide and driver. He speaks fluent English. Had a nice trip with my family members over Cambodia with good itinerary. Money well spent for good tour guide and good itinerary.

Mr Chantrea is a very good tour guide! He will make sure my family are well taken care and try to fulfill our request. He and the driver will never be late. I highly recommended them to those who wanna pay a visit to Siem Reap!
