I highly recommend Praim as a guide. We were 10 people in our family, with ages ranging from 4 months to 72 years. I contacted Praim on whatsapp initially to get a quote. He was extremely prompt, polite, great in communication, and well organized. He provided a customized itinerary for our stay in Siem Reap which met our needs. When we arrived in Siem Reap, he picked us up from the airport, and the next 3 and a half days were extremely smooth as Praim was on top of everything.
A few things stood out for me: one, Praim was extremely genuine, honest, and caring. We felt he really wanted us to have a good time. He'd think about the small things ti make our trip extra comfortable. Second, he was knowledgeable - he is obviously a trained guide, but we appreciated his insights and backstories wherever we went. He'd make recommendations for places to eat- particularly helpful since most in our party were vegetarian.. He was also very good at telling us what to eat and what not to eat at the places we ate in. Third, he was punctual and organized. Everything was smooth. He'd clearly communicate the plan for each day while accommodating additional things we wanted to do or being flexible when we wanted to deviate from the plan. Finally, he gives you space. We never felt rushed, or cramped. By the end of the trip he became like family. The kids really warmed up to him.
We had a wonderful time thanks to Praim and I wouldn't hesitate one bit recommending him as a guide.
