About
Unique outdoor tours through the hidden Cambodia: Since 2010 we provide sustainable and individual bicycle-, scooter- and trekking tours through the historical Angkor Park and rural Siem Reap. You want to cycle on adventurous jungle trails and explore hidden temples beside the main attractions? Or are you more into discovering Siem Reap’s colourful countryside with all the rice fields, water buffalos and sugar palm trees? Choose your adventure and explore Cambodia behind the scenes. What differentiates us from others? Small groups and a low impact on environment and society is our philosophy of sustainable and individual tourism. Private tours are standard for us and do not cost you any extra. We are 100% Social Business and proud to be the only non-profit tour operator in Siem Reap. All our profits go to the NGO “KKO” – Khmer for Khmer Organisation which provides free education to children in Siem Reap. We support local restaurants, farms and street vendors on our tours.

We absolutely loved our morning tour cycling through part of Siem Reap city and into the countryside to observe real life in rice paddies, oyster mushroom farm, local market, duck farm, lotus farm and a temple where we fed the fish. One of the highlights was visiting the English language school where proceeds from the cycling tour support 300 young Cambodian students to take free classes to help build their employability and confidence to speak English. We loved our gentle and capable guide, Luk. 100% would do again and highly recommend to others.

We did the 1 day sunrise Angkor Wat ride and the 1/2 day countryside ride with our guide, Southea. He was so knowledgeable about the history af the country and temples we visited, it made it much more interesting. We went to temples that felt very off the beaten track, where we were the only tourists at some. The 1/2 day ride was a lovely way to see what it’s like living in Cambodia today. I would highly recommend doing both - especially as profits from the tours go to supporting a local school.

I did both the Hidden temples and Countryside tours with Off Trqck and they were both great.

I’m an experienced cyclist and I can say that the provided bike was in good working condition, adjusted correctly, and safe. The helmet was good and the tour provided water.

Luk, the guide for both my tours, was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew about the history, engineering, and cultural context of the temples, and he spoke English really well. He was well prepared and helpful.

During my same visit to Siem Reap I did a couple of traditional temple tours by bus, and those were nice too, but there was an amazing feeling biking through the forest and then just seeing a temple appear through the trees. And, because of the way we biked out of the way of the bigger crowds, there were no other visitors at all at some of the temples.

The countryside tour was also a lot of fun and we saw a duck farm, a lotus farm, a modern pagoda, a local market, and many other places with people going along with their daily lives. It was a nice glimpse into the day to day work of the area around Siem Reap.

I highly recommend this tour company and these tours.

We had an amazing time biking around Siem Reap countryside. Amazing views, really informative tour and very good bikes. We were able to see buffalos, rice fields, mushroom cultivation, ducks, temples, sunset and get to know more about Cambodian culture and lifestyle. We definitely recommend booking your trip with Luke and Offtrack. Also had the great opportunity to visit the school which the tour supports.
Such an incredible day!

We had a great day with Sothea visiting the temples. Sothea was really knowledgeable about the temples and just friendly and fun to spend the day with. The cycling was not difficult as such but if you are not used to riding a bike on dirt tracks rather than roads you would find it tough. Some of the tracks are windy through the forest and there is a lot of sand. We just took our time and I got off and walked where it was tricky. The tour is a private tour so very easy to go at our own pace. We were spent by the end of the day but it was so worth it to get away from the crowds and visit some hidden away sites. We took the option to have a Tuk Tuk pick us up at the hotel and drop us back at the end of the day so we were met with the bikes near Angkor Thom and were glad when the Tuk Tuk picked us up from the last temple. This was probably our most enjoyable day at the temples.

I’ve been traveling around Southeast Asia for nearly a decade and this was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. The area itself is so beautiful with pristine jungles and amazing temples, some with gorgeous views and lots of interesting history. We barely saw any other tourists until we reached the reclining Buddha and waterfall, which is definitely worth swimming in. The tour guide is so friendly and knowledgeable. His explanations were super interesting and I enjoyed chatting with him throughout the day, although he also gave me lots of space to enjoy the hiking while listening to my headphones. The home cooked meal for lunch was also a highlight. Super tasty but felt healthier than most of the restaurant food I’ve been eating on my trip. It was money well spent.

Just finished my tour this afternoon, what a fantastic way to experience the area. We did the off-road tour of the temples and had a blast. Guide Luke was very knowledgeable, and the pathways through the forest around the temple were such a fun way to visit the area.

We’ve travelled to Siem Reap a few times but this was the first time doing a cycling tour - the off road tour of Angkor was awesome. So peaceful and cool travelling through the forest to the lesser visited temples. Sothea is a wonderful guide, he accommodated our little requests and took us to places we’ve not visited before. Throughly recommend!

My wife and I had a great time with Off Track Tours on the half-day countryside bicycle tour! Our guide, Luke, took us to a local school, a duck farm, a mushroom farm, a temple, and a lotus farm. The dirt roads we rode down gave beautiful views of the green countryside. Luke was a great guide and we would highly recommend this tour!

Off-Track tours offers bike tours of Angkor in small groups and with a guide. We (family with 3 teenagers) visited Angkor Wat at sunrise, the guide was very friendly and knew the right locations to enjoy the sunrise at the majestic site of Angkor.
Then he explained the history to us and showed us around the site with many anecdotes which made the visit very informative. Then we collected the bikes (mountain bikes, equipment in excellent condition) and traveled through Angkor Thom, Bayon and Pra Thom (plus a few other stops in smaller but very pretty temples) via small paths outside the classic paths of tourists. The guide managed the breaks and our requests regarding the itinerary very well, in short we recommend it without hesitation. Cycling is a particularly pleasant means of transport for visiting Angkor.
Finally, off-track tours is an organization that supports local initiatives to help and educate (English lessons for example) young people in need, which makes the project even more sympathetic.
