What can I say. The best tour company I have ever dealt with. Mickey was our tour and was absolutely brilliant. Our tour of Ankor Wat and the other temples was sensational. Mickey's knowledge of the history of the are was unmatched. We spoke to other Trip-a-deal tours and they had been told very little of the information that Mickey had told us. We were looked after extremely well and Mickey's timing was spot on......lets have an early lunch says Mickey.......thunderstorms dump rain whilst we are sitting enjoying a beautiful meal in our restaurant. Other tours got smashed by rain. Then when we continue our tour we end up being the only one in the temple for photo opportunities....even our friends on FB noticed that we were the only ones in most of our photos. Mickey knows the layout and knows the timing. Mickey also hooked us up with a reliable and knowledgeable tuk tuk driver and directed us to reliable restaurants and massage parlors. When I tour Cambodia again I will ask for Mickey.
I will demand Cheat to be our driver. One of the nicest people I have ever met. Chaet and Mickey created the most memorable experience for us in Cambodia Siem Reap. Mickey with his timing and photography skills and Chaet t with his quite unassuming way of looking out for us novel travelers. After hours walking around in the heat and humidity we would return to the car and Chaet would give us ice cold cloths infused with lemongrass to cool our necks. Chaet was patient and just the nicest person I have met. Being both keen fisherman, Chaet showed me his homemade fishing hooks and gave me a number of the big ones to take fishing for barra in Australia. Chaet took us on a tour to the Budda on top of the mountain and we had a absolutely great day. It was an additional tour and we were superbly looked after. Chaet, those sticky rice bananas I am going to replicate in Australia. Thanks for introducing us to them and buy them for us. Greatly appreciated.

We travelled to Cambodia as a family this past Summer in July 2023. Bora was our guide and he was simply one of the best guides we has experienced across all the guides we have seen across countries . Very knowledgeable , friendly and does what is needed to exceed expectations. Our trip to Cambodia wouldn’t have been the same without Bora taking care of us.

Micky Rathana Keo, our guide on the Siem Reap tour in Cambodia, was an absolute gem. From the moment we met him, his beaming smile and unwavering patience put us at ease. Micky's extensive knowledge about the region was truly impressive, and he shared it with enthusiasm and pride. As a group of 40+ heritage enthusiasts from India, we deeply connected with the common heritage we shared with Cambodia, thanks to his enthusiasm. Even the experts in our group couldn't stump him with their trickiest queries, and he answered them all with calmness and confidence. We left Siem Reap with a profound appreciation for our shared heritage, all thanks to the exceptional Micky Rathana Keo and his remarkable expertise.

We were on a trip in Cambodia over the Christmas and New year period. Our travel agent was using Christinair as the local Cambodian agent. We were assigned a guide called Kosal in Siem Reap. He was an absolute disaster. On arrival we discovered that our itinerary had been changed unilaterally without checking with us first or even communicating with us. The guide refused to share the revised itinerary with us until the next day after we complained to our travel agent.
During the excursions to Angkor complex, he appeared disinterested in his work - very brief explanations, dropped us off at the locations and would tell us that he would pick us up at a certain time, constantly on facebook on his phone. He did not accompany us to the various sites at all times.
He was supposed to take us to the Circus performance one evening. He did not turn up and we had to resort to sorting arrangements with the driver.
In addition, there appears to have been miscommunication between the two agencies and as a result we had to cancel our trip to Tonle Sap Lake.
To be fair, the agency did try and make amends and the guide assigned to us in Phnom Penh provided a far superior service.

We were looked after very well by our tour guide.
Mikki is full of enthusiasm and great in local knowledge.
He was very thorough in Angor wats. His knowledge of the place is incredible.
He helped us in arranging our dinner too which was really good
We travelled with him to lake and local market and our experience with his commentary was excellent.

Vong was our Travel Guide in Angkor, who accompanied us during the three days we spent visiting the temples. His explanations charmed and captivated us, demonstrating his archaeological knowledge, and of the Spanish language. His accounts of the time and the kings who commissioned the constructions were gripping. I would definitely recommend a visitor to have your services.

From the moment they sent the first proposed itinerary to the moment we left Siem Reap Christinair took great care of us. Our guide Phlong Chanbora was the BEST! He quickly identified what our interests were and made sure that each tour hit the mark. When we looked at other tours it seemed like a conveyor belt but we delved into all the things that were of interest to us. Our drive Phalla made every journey a delight. And always new when an ice cold cloth or bottle or water would bring relief.
The tours were so good that we booked to do a tour with Christinair in Phnom Penh.
Bora also made sure we did tours so that we were doing them at the best time of day and routes to avoid feeling part of a mass. He also knew all the best photo locations and is a great photographer!
Would totally recommend Christinair to any friend visiting Cambodia.

The best experience ever had. Micky (Rathana Keo) was our tour guide. He was full of details and very knowledgeable. He planned the itinerary in such a way the walks and getting all the details to us was made so well . He got us to visit – Kravan Prasath, Neak Pean Prasath, Preah Khann, Angor wat, Ta Prohm, Angor Thom – Bayon and finally to the Kulen mountain – reclining Buddha, 1000 lingam and Banteay Srei, And finally to the floating village – Chhong Kneas. He spoke so much about Cambodian culture, people. He was so polite and helpful. Was always there for us throughout the trip. Also , recommended us on shopping items and areas etc. One of the best holidays we had. Greatly appreciated.

Our guide Micky was absolutely amazing. He was extremely passionate when explaining the history which his knowledge was extensive. He also knew the best places to take brilliant photos and extra little photography hints that made all the difference especially at Angkor Watt Temple. We loved every minute we were with him and our whole group felt the same. Definitely 11/10 for guides. We will miss him but he made a lasting impression on all of us.
