RomanP has provided a very good answer. I do not know your personal situation BUT I highly recommend that you reconsider your plan to spend just one day in Siem Reap. Based on my two visits there, I strongly recommend 3 days as a minimum with 4 days even better - even if you just want to just visit the "main" temples.
