Its worth a visit if you are a nature lover. The garden is good and very neat. It is located on the way to Banteay Srey Temple and wont take more than 30 mins to finish the tour. The only Concern is there are only very few kinds of butterflies. The Staffs are very friendly and they explain all about... More

I am so very pleased that I took the time out to come and visit. I've never seen so many butterflies in one place. To also see the dedication and love of the people who work here. Spectacular. Oh and if you're a photo buff bring all your camera gear.

I knew of the centre before my trip and had decided I wanted to visit. The Tuk Tuk to the site is near the Landmine museum, and the ride up was through some beautiful countryside. The centre is full of butterflies in differing states of growth. You are assisted around the enclosure by a guide who provides helpful and informative... More

The Butterfly Centre is located near the famous Landmine museum. It makes for a nice stop along the way to the Landmine Museum. The tranquility of being surrounded by the many butterflies is very peaceful. Be sure to bring your camera.

I always love my visits here, it's a great tuk tuk ride through the countryside from town and a chance to witness some of the local culture and best combined with a temple visit. The Centre is charmingly informal and one can take a guide or just wander at will and get up close to some stunning butterflies. I see... More

Stopped here on way back to Siem Reap from the wonderful temple of Banteay Srei A guide took us around what was a small butterfly farm and explained about the butterflies. There were pupae in different stages of different butterflies which was interesting to see Took about 30 minutes to go round, worth a visit if you are passing

We stopped here after the land mine museum. It was a lovely place-- up to 20 species of butterflies and tour guides who are knowledgeable and want to help you get good photos. The garden is well landscaped, and you feel you have improved the world with your $5 ticket.

We stopped at this attraction on the way back to Seam Reap from visiting Banteay Srei temple - it is right on the highway. It is only small - we got the impression it is run by a local family - but they are passionate about the butterflies. The entrance fee is small ($US5 I think it was) and someone... More

If you love butterflies, you will probably adore place. Took the opportunity to stop off at this place after visiting Banteay Sery. However, came away feeling a little disappointed unfortunately. Mostly due to the limited amount of species available to view and the limited details provided about the breeding programmes that are in place. The gardens are well kept, but... More

I love butterfly gardens - this one was certainly worth the stop. I did not realize until there that the garden is part of a larger venture training locals to farm butterflies for export to zoos and exhibitions. The Center is a great showcase for the project! For the $5 admission, we received a private tour of the facility -... More
