Wath took us on a stunningly beautiful (and easy) bike ride through the rice paddies. He stopped to talk to locals and pointed out the local fruits and other plants to us. We then left the bikes and hopped on an ox-drawn cart for a trip through more fields and remote villages. It was topped off by a feast of fresh fruit in a local's garden. The best experience - really off the beaten track - during our stay in Siem Reap. Wath is a fantastic guide - full of fun facts, really easy-going and very proud to share his beautiful country with his clients. You will not regret spending some time with Wath on one of his trips!

In December 2019 I went on a one day bike trip with ‘To Asia Travel’ to the temples of Angkor. The guides Wath and Long were very friendly, reliable and spoke perfectly English. Wath is also fluent in German, very impressive! By bike we could not only visit the main, famous temples but also went to remote temples, that were not frequented at all by other tourists, and passed local villages. That was a great experience! The guides were also very knowledgeable about the history of Angkor and Cambodia in general so it was also a very informative trip. The bikes (mountain bikes) were in a good condition and I was also provided with a helmet.

Our group of nine fell in love with Cambodia, in large part, because we saw Siem Reap through Wath’s eyes. Wath planned our three day tour perfectly, knowing which place to visit at the best time of day to avoid crowds and overwhelm. He arranged a small bus that held our whole group comfortably. Wath taught us about the history of his homeland and shared personal stories of life there, in village and city. Along the way to temples we stopped to see local lifeways. Wath also gives back to his community in meaningful ways. The Unesco World Heritage site of Angkor Wat has many temple structures, each one different from the other. Wath pointed out the unique features of each one. We visited floating villages, a massive lake, a traditional dance performance and the very important Landmine Museum where Bill Morse explained the details of clearing land mines and inspired each of us to consider what we can do to make this world a better place.

I asked to plan an order-made tour and Mr. Wath helped me a lot. He was very kind and the tour plan was so wonderful that I could learn this historical place deeper. I'm sure that this company has a strong sense of mission and responsibility for introducing Khmer history and culture to visitors. They are reliable guides for your trip.

Our tour guide, Wath, was by far one of the best tour guides that I've ever had. He's fluent in multiple languages and treated us like long time friends visiting his country for the first time. We toured all the major temples (Angkor Wat, etc.) Wath navigated us through the large crowd of tourists with ease, and brought us to all the best local restaurants and markets. If your looking for a seamlessly structured tour, with an intelligent and relatable guide, this is the group for you! Be prepared for a fulfilling experience with an engaging, charming, leader!
