A perfect way to learn the secrets of Khmer cooking at Le Tigre de Papier’s cooking school. After picking your favourite dish from the menu (one starter, one main course and one dessert), join one of the daily classes and you will be taught how to prepare the dish for yourself by one of our Khmer chefs. Then you will be able to taste your dishes ! The price is $15 including a guided visit of the central market.

It's simple, fun, and the price is right! There were only 5 people taking the 1pm class and each of us received a good amount of solo instruction. Dishes were easy to make and turned out great. The trip to the market was extraneous, but...More

There were too many people for 1 staff member and 3 stoves, so out of 3 hours I spent at least 1 just sitting around. Also, she was so rushed that when she came to show us what to do, she ended up just doing...More

We took the cooking class and decided to cook similar dishes which was a good idea as it meant we could work together at times. The trip through the market was quite quick as there were a lot of people doing the class, but worth...More

We absolutely loved this cooking class. Our teacher was so bubbly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. You cook in a really clean room, and you get to pick the dishes you make. We would recommend the amok and fried spring rolls - you...More

I've done several cooking classes in Asia. What was good was the fact you could choose what you made. There were only 3 people in my course. My main issue is the same as what was good in that as we were all making different...More

We did two cooking classes while in cambodia and this was the better of the two. You can choose from the entire restaurant menu as to what you cook (so everyone can cook something different instead of a set menu). You also get emailed their...More
