It’s such a beautiful place , it should be called just Paradise . It’s a small but rich botanical garden with butterflies flying free without rotting food around like the one in Dubai. Few snakes, tortoise, rabbits, didn’t see the crocodile but that’s ok for me. The road getting there is pretty bad , village road, my knuckles turned white holding the sides of the tuk-tuk. Most people don’t know about it , but I showed the driver the website with address and phone number so he called the place to ask for directions. 10$ well spent for me, accidentally we got first to the orphanage/ school that some of the money from the ticket go to.

Coming by tuk tuk, the trip to Butterfly Paradise was very bumpy and incredibly dusty (especially on the last stretch of road). I don’t know if it was the time of day but I really didn’t see a massive variety of butterflies that I thought this place might have offered. Upside is that it has lovely garden surrounds. Overall I don’t know if for a tourist attraction that it was really worth $10.

We are sorry that you did not meet many butterflies in our attraction. It is somewhat dependent on the time of day and with such a large enclosure the butterflies may not be as easily visible. Many people do not take the time to stop and observe, but walk quickly through and wonder why they did not see many butterflies. The road is beyond our ability to fix but somewhat typical of roads in Cambodia. Thanks for visiting

We went for a guided walk through Butterfly Paradise and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We spent about an hour there but with waterfalls, butterflies, flowers, turtles, reptiles etc to see, the time really flew by. I would definitely recommend a visit through this delightful paradise.
