I think this business is really worthwhile visiting and supporting. Not only are the lovely staff very well trained, very courteous and professional but they are from disadvantaged backgrounds and this spa has been set up to provide career paths to a better future. They are primarily a nail bar however also do massages.

On my recent trip to SE Asia my nails were in great need of repair. I had tried so many shops that said they did nails, but actually just painted them. When I walked passed Royal Beauty and stopped to ask I was pleasantly surprised. The owner spoke and understood English , more than a great start! It was about 7pm and even though they were willing to do my nails immediately, I made an appt for the next morning. I arrived at 11:00 to find the owner waiting to do my nails. I choose my color and sat back in a comfy chair and let the pampering begin. My nails were started on immediately, procedure was gentle and cleanliness was more than acceptable. WIthin no time a second tech sat down and started to replace the nails on my other hand. I felt like a queen with the 2 friendly, knowledgeable ladies working on replacing my nails. The whole procedure- a complete set was finished in less than an hour.

Visited here for a mini spa day as a treat to myself at the end of a long stint volunteering. I chose a pedicure, hard skin removal, threading, eye brow dying, eyelash extensions.
The hard skin removal and the threading were both fine,
The eye brow dying on closer inspection wasn’t really complete coverage,
my pedicure had started to collapse, my left toe the nail has been damaged prior to my visit and when painted was previously not seen, so I had a complete toe nail on arriving at the spa, the filing across the face of the nail was so severe that by the next day the nail had a hole where it wasn’t as strong anymore and the varnish fell in. My eye brow extensions which I had requested as natural and not too full were extremely long and very full, I did express my unhappiness at the time and the owner just said that some would fall out so they would be fine, she wasn’t wrong by the next day they had fallen out in clumps, they looked really stupid and very obviously fake. I had to find a salon to have them removed as I had travelled by now to Phnom Penh. I contacted the owner who said she would talk to the technicians involved, not sure what that would achieved. I didn’t hear anything back contacted her again and just got stupid excuses.
There ar3 many salons in Siem Reap don’t risk this bad service go elsewhere.

Please be very, VERY careful going here for eyelash extensions. I got my lashes on Tuesday and by Friday morning I had a really nasty bacterial infection in my left eye that I now have to take strong antibiotics to treat.

We clean every time we use, Sokha is a certificate lashes artist. We got great feedback.

Got eyelash extensions done here! They still look amazing after a week and hardly any have dropped out. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back! :)

Went there for a pedicure today. The express pedicure was indeed very express and took about 10 minutes... The lady didn’t do a good job painting my nails at all. Super messy with spots. Now, a couple of hours later, one of my nails has already chipped :( super disappointed, definitely go somewhere else!

I went to Royal beauty salon few days back for facial, threading and waxing. They did a very good job and were very professional. They are one of the few salons in Siem Reap who do threading. They had great attention to detail and did a very good job for all the services they provided to me. The cost is reasonable for the services as well. Miss Srey Net was the specialist who worked with me and did a great job. I highly recommend this salon for threading/waxing/ facial etc

The range of colours they have are really good a lot of choice and the staff are really nice however, nearly all of my nails started to chip the day after i got gels done, i’ve had them done at other places for cheaper and they have lasted a lot longer, cost me $13 here.
I was charged $3 just to redo one of the gels on my toes, which i think is very expensive just for one that was done very well either
