About Travel to Inspire
Travel to Inspire is a social enterprise with the scope of supporting families in rural Cambodia. At Travel to Inspire we devote 50% of our profits to support our development programmes in education, clean water and sanitation, in several villages in the north of Siem Reap. One of our goals is to inspire travellers by passing on to them as much knowledge on the region as we can: knowledge about its past but also about its present. To do so, we work with a network of local Khmer guides, certified and specialized in the history of the region. We take our visitors to many places around Siem Reap, including the famous temples at Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei, the Cambodian Cultural Village, Artisan’s d’Angkor, Traditional Apsara Dancing, Butterfly Centre, and many more places. We can also arrange entire itineraries for you if you are looking for a unique experience. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a solo-traveller or a group of twenty people, we can accommodate any size.

We enjoyed our trip a lot. We had a chance to find out more details about the temples, especially about side galleries in Ankgor Wat. Highly recommended, together with a nice lunch break for hand made noodles.

Came across this tour guide by a chance and from initial one day of touring we extended it to total of three days of sightseeing various temples with him. Thom is a very positive and knowledgeable guy. He provides you with historical background of the temples so much needed to fully immerse in the unique experience of the place. Without him visiting Angkor Wat area would be far less rewarding. Definitely worth booking a tour with him.

Travel to Inspire's Thom is the guide you need before taking on the Angkor Wat experience. There's so much to see and understand that, without him, you lose a lot of its colour and interest. Right now, the Covid 19 situation has deprived them of almost all their source of income. Despite that, Thom is still positive, warm, and enthusiastic. Highly recommended

We hired Travel to Inspire for transportation only on 2 days and a guided tour of Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and Ta Prohm on the 3rd day. The private tour with Thom was fantastic. We learned so much on the history and he took into account the heat and our comfort throughout. On the private tour and just the transportation we had cold water and cold cloths waiting for us when we returned to the van, which was greatly appreciated. We are so happy that we went with this company and highly recommend them.

Travel to Inspire's San Thom took us on a wonderful 2 day visit to the temples, including a cycle of over 20 miles and a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat. His insight and explanations made it come alive. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
