Very factual opinion): Based on the very positive opinions regarding Tim, we contacted him before our departure: we accepted his offer of $60 for 3 days (small tour, large tour and Roluos group)
Tim having informed us of his unavailability, we accepted his offer from a friend (Mr. David) who also spoke French.
We got back in touch with Tim when we arrived in Cambodia, asking if everything was still OK for the next day (meeting at 7:30 a.m. at our hotel)...which Tim confirmed.
On the big day, an hour before the start of our visit, Tim told us that Mr. DAVID ultimately could not do the visit with us.......
Despite his apologies which we accepted, we found ourselves in a carafe 1 hour before our visit..........

Tim is a very endearing local, he led us during our 3 days in Siem Reap with a smile and good humor :)

I asked Tim to be our tuktuk driver for 3 days to visit the temples of Angkor. I have nothing to complain about him. Tim is a very endearing person. Huge thanks to Tim who drove us during our stay in Siem Reap: 2 days in the temples of Angkor + a day in the floating villages and an evening at the Phare circus.
Tim speaks French very well, and very punctual, always smiling and listening. He knows Siem Reap perfectly well and was a very good Trip Tip. Thanks to him, we had a great stay. He told us about his country, his city, his journey. He would like to be Guide in the future and he has all the qualities to be.

We had the pleasure of having Tim as our tuk-tuk driver during our stay in Cambodia. Over a period of four days, he took us to discover the temples of Angkor, the lotus farm and a village on stilts. It's difficult to describe the 3 intense days we spent with Tim. He is funny, a good guide (note that he cannot enter the temples with you but he will give you all the explanations outside), and extremely kind.
We forgot a phone in his car and he did everything to send it back to France. We were in Cambodia during the hot weather (47 degrees) and Tim always had fresh water available, wipes and he adapted to our pace. He also stopped at pharmacies and banks for us when we needed them. 3 intense days of visit but that's what we asked him: to see as much of his incredible country as possible!
