I joined a 2-day small group tour and was very lucky to have Pal as our tour guide. He speaks very good English and is very friendly, passionate and warm. He always puts on a great smile and tells good stories with details about Angkor Wat. We came across many other tour guides during the trip and was amazed how much more energetic and cheerful he is compared with the others. He also shows a lot of passion with his job, enjoying his time with us and taking care of us all the time. His photography skills is also good, helping us to take many great pictures of memories. Thanks Pal.

We have just spent two excellent days with Pal as our temple guide and had a wonderful time. First day we did the 'small circuit' tour, then day two we did the 'grand tour'. Pal was easy to contact via Messenger (we did not have Whatsapp, but he does that too). He took us in his air conditioned Lexus SUV, providing bottles of cold water and cold wipes which were lovely as the weather was hot. He speaks excellent English and is a quiet, warm and friendly young man, with an endless knowledge of Khmer history. He took us to two different nearby restaurants at lunchtime, both with air-con and super local food.

Pal was very knowledgeable, talkative (never a dull moment lol), good communication skills, service minded ( provides water bottles and wet towels after every time we got back in d car - all our 4 days was veryyyyy hot) , your personal cameraman - knows all the good angles in every site that he took us to. Would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a safe and well planned trip in siam reap.

Pal Saruon is a knowledgeable guide and a fantastic human being. Traveling with senior citizen parents, I had my concerns about the Siem Reap trip. However, Pal took us through the sights on a hot day in a relaxed fashion, giving my parents enough breaks, cool water and pacing the trip accordingly. He had amazing stories to tell. He drove us to spots where my parents had to walk the least, saving their energy for the Temples. He was also our official photographer!😃 He recommended a great massage spa and went the extra mile to drop us there after a tiring day. Thank you Pal!

The trip was fantastic, and it wouldn’t have been the same without out guide, Mr Sok Chea. He was very knowledgeable, hospitable and accommodating. His English is great, and he is full of interesting stories and facts. He is not just a guide who would show you around temples, but he can create a whole schedule for you, yet you don’t feel pressure as it sometimes may feel with other guides. I got somewhat ‘trapped’ in the central temple of Ankgor Wat, the one which one has to queue up and climb up to: I went up alone and right when I got there, it started pouring - never ending massive thunderstorm. Of course I didnt have an umbrella with me, so was looking forward to staying there for a while with the crowd. Mr Chea climbed up with a raincloack, found me (just by looking around - no phones!) and helped me down - and he was the only guide who did it, all other guides just passively waiting on the ground for the rain to stop! Highly recommend for any type of visit.
