Hello! I am Lee, owner of Trusty TukTuk. I am a friendly driver and tour guide in my home town of Siem Reap. I speak fluent English and Have knowledge as professional tour guide and driver since 2006, so I have great knowledge and experience in giving tours. On a tour with me, I can make sure you beat the crowds and see the best sights at the right times. I am flexible, reliable and can show you more about modern life in Cambodia like local food, drink and daily lives of our people. During 2006, I was studying in high school and working as a motorbike driver to earn money to study. Early that year I met Mr Frank from The Netherlands, he donated a second hand tuktuk to me so I have been working as a tuktuk driver since then. My service is flexible and I can pick you up and drop you off anywhere you like. I have cold water in the tuktuk if you need it. Lee is an absolutely amazing person and fantastic guide. I contacted him via WhatsApp and he helped me plan my trip throughout Cambodia, not just Siem Reap. I did a sunset visit to Pre Rup and a full day touring temples and seeing the Landmine Museum (an absolute must see!) with him.
While Lee’s prices may be a dollar or two higher than what you will find on the street or at your hotel his knowledge of the temples, Cambodian history, excellent driving, punctuality, and friendly attitude make it well worth the price. Lee was happy to extend my tours of the temples when I expressed an interest in doing more that day, we ended up spending sunrise (I got a spot right at the front of the reflection pool due to Lee’s suggestions) to sunset together and saw everything I had wanted to and more. Lee was more than happy to bring me to actual local restaurants frequented solely by Cambodians, not just places where he gets a commission for dropping people off. Furthermore Lee spent the time to explain Cambodian life and history to me to get a more well rounded picture of the country than just the Angkorian temples.
Visiting the temples was incredible but I think my time spent talking to Lee over meals was the most valuable and impactful part of my trip to Cambodia. I only wish I had more time in Siem Reap so that Lee could show me more of his amazing country.

We had a great trip with Lee! We booked a 3-day trip with him via WhatsApp which was very convenient.
Lee is not your typical tuk tuk driver who just drives you around. I would describe this as a premium tuk tuk experience. Lee went above and beyond for us. He recommended an itinerary for our trip, and each stop was fabulous. We got to see many temples (including Angkor Wat at sunrise), a floating village, and the landmine museum (highly recommended).
On each of the temple stops, Lee made sure to describe the history and background of each of amazing structures. Since he's not a licensed tour guide, he couldn't accompany us into the temples, but since he provided his overview, we didn't feel like we needed to hire any additional tour guides within the temples. He also had cold water waiting for us in his tuk tuk whenever we needed it!
Safety is a main concern for many travelers in Cambodia, and Lee made us feel beyond safe throughout the trip. He was always on time where he said he would pick us up and communicated excellently with us to make sure we understood what to expect.
His bike is more powerful than a typical scooter tuk tuk, which helps cut down on time needed for traveling further distances.
In short, Lee is incredibly friendly, a great driver, and helped have an amazing time in Siem Reap! Definitely hire him if you are looking for a reliable tuk tuk driver!

Lee is the best tuk tuk driver! Friendly and punctual. He’s very educated on all of the places he takes you and acts like a defacto tour guide. We are very quick paced tourists, and once he realized this he adjusted our trip and added a few visits to fill out our day. Excellent experience and the best money I’ve spent so far in Cambodia.

We are on day 2 of 5 with Sok Ly “Lee” and I wanted to leave a review now to all those out there planning Siem Reap trips. We are having a great time. After 4 months on motorbikes in Thailand it is so wonderful to have someone drive us around and not have to plan or think about what to do. Getting through customs is much easier than the online govt information sounds, it is pretty easy.
Right now Angkor Wat tickets are on a promotion buy 1 day get one free, or buy 3 get 5 days. Lee was so amazing in his communication explaining this all to me ahead of time and saving us a lot of money not buying them ahead. He planned out our time and also was flexible when we arrived late. He is a super safe driver, kind, knowledgeable and patient with alll my questions. He helped us get SIM cards on our first day. Most importantly, he helped me pick out some nice crunchy crickets and frog snacks for the ride.
Don’t hesitate, book with Trusty Tuk Tuk!! He’s very popular so you might be out of luck haha….

I had a fantastic time on the grand tour of the Angkor complex, including a trip to Banteay Srei (my personal favourite) and a lap back round to Angkor Wat. My driver, Mr Tom who is the cousin of Mr Lee, was fantastic, gave me some interesting information for each temple, was very punctual, very polite and compassionate about the Tuk Tuk industry. I’m glad to have ridden with him and helped him! He also kept me very hydrated on a scorching day! I would highly recommend his services!
Also Mr Lee was great in contacting through WhatsApp, agreed the route and price upfront, was accommodating to the temples I wanted to visit, and recommended Mr Tom. Thank you!

Mr Ly was an excellent support throughout our time in Cambodia! He linked us up with tuktuk, van drivers and tour guides in both Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, and gave us what I felt to be honest and reliable information without all of the marketing speak that normally comes with local touring companies and agents. He even alerted us to some of the ongoing offers in Siem Reap following the pandemic, such as the 3-day pass being valid for 5 days, that other tour guides did not share. The prices he and his contacts charged I also thought were very fair and lower than other quotes I received for the same service. He is also very responsive on WhatsApp (+85581553978).
If you do ask Mr Ly to help you with a tour of the temples in Siem Reap, you MUST ask him to have Mr Sen as your tour guide. Mr Sen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly but also very kind and patient, especially as we had an 8-month old with us. He spoke excellent English and offered his thoughts without being overly talkative. He also knew several great places for photo opportunities and took many wonderful photos for us.
Thank you so much Mr Ly and Mr Sen for making our time in Cambodia so special and memorable!

Lee drove us around siem reap for 3 days and showed us all the ruins and a floating village. His driving is excellent and safe, he has a lot of knowledge of the temples and their history, and gives great advice on where to get the best photos and when to best the crowds. If you're in siem reap for a few days I'd highly recommend hiring Lee as your driver.

We contacted Mr Lee over whatsapp and he helped us plan out 3 days sightseeing in Seam Reap including Angkor Wat temples, floating village and landmine museum. His English is excellent and told us all about cambodian history and culture at our different stops along the way. He plans the tour to avoid crowds and made sure we had the best experience. He was also great for recommending the best spots for photos. We never felt rushed at any time. For the whole day he kept us well supplied with cold bottled water and ensured all our needs were met. He truly went above and beyond what we expected. If you’re going to Siem Reap, book Mr Lee. We highly recommend him! Thank you Mr Lee!!

To anyone who is travelling to Siem Reap, there is no one better to show you around than Lee! We did a two day temple tour with him and it was amazing. Lee curated a personalised itinerary for us, in advance, with the best timings to go to each of the temples to beat the crowds. At each temple, he had many stories to tell us about the history and the cultural significance. He even went super out of the way to incorporate Kbal Spean waterfall in our plan and there we trekked with Lee and learnt so much about Cambodia, it’s people and even about him.
Lee is so much more than a guide, he’s very knowledgeable, trustworthy and is extremely caring. He greeted us with a smile every morning, checked on us after we landed in Siem Reap and was always happy to provide us cold bottled water. He even offered to arrange tuktuks for us in Phnom Penh. Lee made our first visit to Cambodia extremely memorable and comfortable and I would highly recommend him!

We contacted Lee last minute after our tour to Angkor temples was cancelled. He was more than happy to help, responded quickly and helped arrange a tour. The tour was very nice, Lee gave us a bit of history and tips for what to see at each temple he dropped us off at. Although 1 day was great, I would definitely recommend doing 2 days if possible as there is so much to see and the one day Angkor pass gives you the next day free. Overall Lee is super nice and I would recommend Trustytuktuk to anybody!
