Great Transportation Service

I can wholeheartedly recommend this service! I initially posted in a group that I was searching for private transfer as I had a very big luggage which had caused some trouble with transport prior. Mr Ho contacted me and arranged everything for me so I didn’t have to take a private transport which was much cheaper for me. He even arranged a pick-up service between the different bus stations in Phnom Penh (was going from Kampot-Siem Reap). I was quite anxious about the travel but everything worked out perfectly. Mr. Ho was always reachable and informed me about everything well in advance. If anyone is searching for a travel agent (in particular if you have special requirements like a bigger luggage) I can only recommend you to use his service! Very professional and friendly!

Great value private vehicle hire

We hired vehicles with drivers from this company twice during our stay in Cambodia. Once from Siem Reap to Battambang and then again from Battambang to Phenom Penh. The prices were very good compared to other companies and the vans were in good condition, comfortable and the drivers were also very good.

Chaos!

It was a chaotic experience but not a negative one. We travelled from Siem reap to Bangkok. We booked a limousine bus which wasn’t available so we were put on a sleeping bus. 10 minutes before the border we got out and waited at a bus station where amotorbike and sidecar got us and brought us to the border. We were given lanyards at another bus station for a different bus company (?) to find us once we crossed the border. After the border we got in a limousine bus and made it to Bangkok only about 30 minutes later than expected. It stopped twice between the border and Bangkok for food and restroom.

HORRIFIC AND UNSAFE especially for women and female presenting people

I am a solo traveler (23F) living in Cambodia. I recently took the trip on Go Ho Travel from Bangkok to Battambang, Cambodia. This was the worst travel experience I have ever had, and I was met with ridicule by not only Go Ho's owner, but its employees at every turn. At the station in Bangkok, the employees spoke about me extremely derogatorily in Khmer, which they thought I could not understand. GoHo travel overbooked the bus on purpose, and I was placed in an uncomfortable and dirty seat in the front. At the border change in Poipet, the company representative was 20 minutes late, and then picked me up with my suitcase on a moto, after which I was driven to an unlabeled bus station. I was not informed at any time this would be the case either within the booking information, or during the first leg of the trip. From there, I was not picked up by the van as booked, but by a random man in an SUV. In the van, there were 6 people in the backseat, including two very small infants. The driver stopped at least 10 times to pick up packages and talk to random men who waved him down from the side of the road. I understand that this way of private taxi is somewhat standard in Cambodia, but I purposely booked a direct, professional van to avoid this experience. During my communication with the owner of the company, my concerns were openly mocked at laughed at. Please see screenshots below. I would encourage women and female presenting people in particular to NEVER utilize this service, and cannot express my disappointment and fear I felt during this journey.

Cheaper better. Go Ho Travel not well organized company

Very bad experience. For trip from Siem Reap to Bangkok we paid 32 $ per person and expected good service and trip, because another option was for 17 $. But first: I left without normal seat. Second: in the bus was promised to be the water, towels and wi-fi. Nothing of that were provided. Third: the border crossing was not organized well and the trip overall. We were requested to pay 10$ to carry our baggage through the border… what??? We refused this. After crossing the border it seemed that the company on the Thai side was looking for someone who take us to Bangkok.. let’s start that we have payed for the whole trip from Siem Reap to Bangkok and between this points, the organization started looking for the bus which take us to Bangkok. So.. it takes time after the border to get a bus. I do not recommend this company!

Transport Bangkok to siem reap!

After COVID it was a big hard to find transport over the land border from Bangkok to siem reap. Luckily they were here to help out! Contact was always good with fast respond, transport was safe, drivers from both minivans were very kind and friendly! A great and relaxing start of my trip here.

Great Transport from Siem Reap to Bangkok

Took the transport from Siem Reap to Bangkok. It was a smooth and easy process! We filled out the form needed to cross the border at the office prior to leaving so we didn’t have to spend more time than needed at the border. Had multiple stops along the way for those who needed a washroom break or buy food though we still got to Bangkok faster than expected. Thank you!

Siem Reap to Bangkok

Took a minivan/small bus from Siem Reap to Bangkok. As journeys go, it was a positive experience.
Was around 8-9 hour trip, depends on customs and traffic. Cost hmm, 25-28 USD.
They had a Tuk Tuk pick me up from my hostel to bring me to their office/bus location. Had the customs declaration form to fill out before we left so you don’t have to do it at the border. A representative meet us at each side of the border to show us where to go. Just look for the color and logo of the company. Comfy smooth ride.

If you’re taking a minivan/bus from siem reap to Bangkok this is a solid option.

Great Tuk Tuk dude.

We were lucky to have been assigned Mr Ho upon our arrival in Siem Reap by our Bus Transport. He brought us to our hotel and the next day after a little research, decided to hire Mr Ho for 2 days. Our first day we went to the floating village of Kampong Phluk and the second day Mr Ho brought us around Angkor Wat and the other surrounding temples. He is very pleasant and knows his way around Siem Reap. Highly recommend.
