Took this tour with my husband, we were lucky enough to be the only two on the day, and what a day we were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable air conditioned van, English speaking driver and guide who were both funny and informative, loved loved loved the airboat, what a thrilling way to see the amazing floating villages, had a lovely meal, seen some crocodiles, and watched the sun go down, amazing trip with great staff, thank you

We took the morning silver tour 2 hours on the airboat with stop at floating village for a drink and photos.
We were the only ones today and had a steer of the airboat for a while.
Great guys picked up on time with air conditioned minibus and 45 min drive each way to Tonle Sap.
Highly recommended.

What a great escape! Only having discovered this tour the night before I tried to book for next afternoon thinking it was too short notice, but they proactively called & got me in morning tour! I was Picked up from hotel in air conditioned comfort, the drive out is exciting with wildlife & local sites. The airboat is awesome! With headphones for noise reduction it is a smooth, fast & comfortable journey out to Great Lake, with friendly local floating villages, fishermen & the crocodile farm along the way! Seeing first hand survival living on the waterways is an excellent way to appreciate a different way of life. The staff are friendly & helpful, the facilities are clean & comfortable, and the adventure is awesome! Thank you Komnob crew!

We took a private tour with the team and had a fabulous morning. It was very humbling to see how simply many Cambodians live and how happy the children were to receive the small gifts of books and pens. I really wish we had taken more with us. The team were prompt to pick us up from the hotel. They were very informative. And the boat was great fun 😁

Wow... What an experience. Firstly it was hammering down with rain, thunder and lightning and we were offered to reschedule, but due to our tight time frame if we cancelled, we would not have been able to go at another time. So we didnt cancel. Our lovely guide picked us up from our hotel and we drove around 45 minutes to out destination. We stopped en route, and he purchased waterproof ponchos at no extra cost to us. The driver was great, the transport was clean and our comfort was paramount. We were the only ones on the tour so had the boat all to ourselves at no extra cost. (We booked the Gold package) The standard of service provided was outstanding from everyone involved in the tour. Our boat driver was very considerate to other waterway users, yet still made it fun for us (myself, my husband and 2 daughters aged 20 & 17) We were provided with ear protection as it was very noisy on the boat. The ear defrnders were very clean and of super standards.
We went along the waterway towards the big lake, it was a smooth yet a fast ride and was great fun gliding over the vegetation on the waterway. We saw the first floating village...It was amazing to see the houses being moved, in preparation for the approaching wet season where the lake would rise in volume, making it unsafe for the villiagers to remain where they were. We visited a small crocodile farm which had crocks from 1 month to 18 years old. We visited the local floating school next, where Komnob gave us books and pens to give to the children to help support them. (they support the school daily with supplies) The children were so grateful and it was such a humbling experience. (i wish we had taken sweets and even the simple things like toiletries with us )
We then went for lunch at a floating restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, soft drinks and beer were only $1 and bottled chilled water free. Water was provided throughout the trip free of charge if you required it. Next to the restaurant, you had a chance to look and purchase some beautiful handmade dried grass products which were not at all expensive, yet great quality ($1 +) there was no hard sell and you could watch the items being made. After lunch, we had some fun doing donuts etc on the lake before heading to another village, which moved the width of the waterway rather than moved up the waters. Unfortunately, due to the weather, there was no sunset to view but wow what an excellent opportunity to see a completely different way of living. Our guide grew up on the floating village, so had first hand knowldge which made a massive difference. We would highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Cambodia. Thanks so much Komnob for an absolutely memorable time Hayley, Pete, Alisha & Trinity x

We took afternoon Platinum tour, because we didn’t have enough time. I loved this tour.
Great escape from temples.
This tour is good way to see how the locals live and visit floating village. We visited crocodile farm and souvenir shop. You can enjoy the sunset at peaceful water.
Guide gave us pencils and notebooks to give to school children. Maybe the tour could have more activities with locals or interaction with children. But this is still a good tour if you don’t have enough time to spend here.
Airboat is really fast and exciting and it was interesting experience.
Guide speaks good English and he is interesting guy, but he could be more informative.
I recommend this tour.

Awesome airboat ride through floating villages. Sit back and take in the scenery of where families live and work. See the school the children attend, visit the crocodile farm and store, visit some famies along the way and then eat at a local floating cafe and visit a beautiful store full of local handmade products. Highly recommend. Awesome tour guide Youk Makara will guide you through this experience you should not miss.

Just got back from the sunset tour and have to say that after travelling around Asia for 6 weeks this tour was a real highlight. The airboat is super smooth and a fun way of exploring the large lake, including a small crocodile farm, and our guide did a great job. We stopped in a floating village for dinner which was simple but very nice indeed before heading back and floating around on the lake to watch the amazing sunset in peace and quiet. A slice of real Cambodia with Komnob Airboat Tours not to be missed...AMAZING !!!

Booked the air boat tour for an afternoon. They picked us up from the hotel and made the one hour journey through rural Cambodia. When we arrived we got to the Air boat just the 4 of us and off we shot down the river Tonle Sap visiting 2 of the floating villages which just has to be seen, how the people live on the river and fish for there food. We stopped for lunch at one of the village cafe's and the boat boys could not have been better.
