I did a half day tour around the countryside ending at the floating village and it was so good. It was like a private tour, as none else joined it, and the guide explained me a lot of things about cambodia and their culture. I think it is an interesting tour if you like cycling and wants to visit the real cambodia.

I did Angkor Village Cycling all-day countryside tour in November 2016. (I took notes about the trip, but am only now getting around to writing a review.) My guide (Sro pip or Sropheap, sorry about the spelling), was at my hotel a few minutes early with two pretty nice mountain bikes. I didn't have high expectations for the quality of the bike and was pleasantly surprised. I was the only one that signed up for a tour that day, so it was just me and the guide. We went through a few neighborhoods in Siem Reap before hitting the countryside. Biking through the countryside, past rice paddies, through little villages was fantastic and beautiful. It was nice to see a different side of Siem Reap and see how the real locals live. We also visited a few temples, but the countryside and villages were the highlight for me. The terrain was flat and very doable. By the end of the day, my legs were getting tired and I was a little saddle sore, but that's probably because I had never spent that much time on a bike before. It rained most of the day on the day of my tour, which actually made it better because it was not as hot. Sropheap had noticed the gathering clouds and bought ponchos for us just before it started to rain. The poncho was surprisingly effective and the rain cooled things off considerably.

Please be aware that this review is about the rental service of this company, not their cycling tour. We rent an E-bike from this company through our hotel, on the brochure it states the E-bike can drive 80Km (later they claimed to be 60Km). Reality was we only drove 8Km (we made the small circuit tour, not even with all temples) during which we had to charge it already 3 times. And at the end of the day, after 3 times charging, the battery was dead again, we were trapped at a ticket check point. We contacted the bike company for help, and they replied "we will send people to pick up the bike, and you have to come back to the city yourself". It was just unbelievable to hear them saying so. We were trapped because of the E bike did not perform as how they advertise it (later they argued that with two persons on the bike, it cannot do 60Km, ok, that is reasonable, but we only made 8Km with 3 times charging). Besides that, they did not show any sorry or care about our trouble which was caused by them. I don't like the way they treat customers. Not recommend to rent E-bikes from them!

Floating Village Tour- Pheap is a great cycling tour guide. He is so gentle and took care of us so well. I am not feeling very good at the beginning, and he helped change the bike for me with his, and stoped more often to let me relax more.Whever there are many cars on the road, he changed the path for the safety considering. He constantly checked us following him or not. We felt super secure with him. He is knowledgable with every details including local history, local culture and local life. He is very patient introducing every story and the stories behind. We enjoyed the time with him, indulgeing in the pleasure during talk, cycling, boating and even his family business stories. We thank him so much.Definitely introduce him to everyone who wants to know real Cambodia with a very fair price.
