During my brief 2 day trip to Cotonou I visited Code Bar with a colleague for food and drinks after work. The food was good, as was the atmosphere, which seemed to be mostly made up of expats, however the drinks could have been better....More

it is a nice place , but surely not great .it is a nice place to go out and take a beer and go out . the prices are not so cheap as my friends advised .

I guess the city recently tore down a portion of the establishment and they rebuilt. Hats off to the staff because the place awesome. Drinks are good, reasonably priced. Clever design. Lots of seating. Great live music, must go. Coolest bar in Cotonou

Their drinks were amazing and the food was even more than that. Great ambience, good mix of locals and expats, music wasn't too loud so you could easily have conversations. Will definitely visit again!

This is not simply a bar! It's a restaurant! The manager is a young French guy! That manage everything in an European way! Every Thursday evening you can have the barbecue! I had a t-bone steak that was perfect! Really made at the Italian way!...More
