This park is not far from the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. It's a nice drive from the resort - not much traffic. The park is not very large but it is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful waterfall.

We visited for an afternoon and a picnic. There is a very short walk to a nice waterfall. The geologic formations were very interesting and unusual.

Easy access from the highway. Well maintained. Lots of day use spaces with picnic tables/fire pits. Be sure to drive to the end of the loop & see the 50 ft. falls.

There is a small water fall there. It is ok but not very dramatic. Lots of locals camp there. Some not so savory. Not worth the trip. There are reported mountain goats in the area. We have never seen them in three trips. Pretty area...More
